Tobiramas new jutsu was pretty badass

People need to remember that he was split in half when he performed this tech, not only that but the radius of the final explosion was huge, it sent those juubi clones( equal in size to current gamakichi) flying.
Paper tags that multiply indefinitely, creating an almost identical attack to konans paper bomb ocean. Such an attack is easily s ranked , and could take out a normal bijju level jinchuriki(minus maybe naruto and bee).

Non edo tobirama can also use this tech, how? With the aid of a kagebunshin thats how.

Tobiramas arsenal is pretty impressive now:
-ftg/ hirashingiti
-sensor abilities
- senju dna
- creator of edo tensei
- master suiton user
- infinit explosive tag attack.
- kagebunshins.

Id rank him as high kage level, someone able to beat a lot more people than people would expect.

What he said. I am highly disapointed with him and hizuren. Tobirama needs a human sacrafice and dna and will most likely not have these things in most battles considering he banned the jutsu. Hizuren only did the shadow clone shuriken trick with big shuriken, impressive but not game changing. I need more feats!

This guy^^ speaks the truth. Regular tobirama can usen an edo in a fight, like oro did and then use a kage bunshin to stay close to that edo and get his opponent. There are so many incredible possibilities if he uses his techs in the right sequence.
