Tobirama is the weakest Kage

Couldn't beat an 80 year old man
Couldn't break out of oro's control
Only defeated one ninja worth mentioning and only because he got a lucky hit, which later became infected.
No support techinques
suiton techinques unimpressive
weak edo tensei, oro and kabuto both vastly improved it.
His FTG was much worse then minatos.

Even when looking at other villages, he's a weak kage. Gaara, Onoki, Trollkage, Muu, 3rd and 4th raikage all seem far out of his league. And the current kage, tsundare can heal tons of people at once, has super strength and super healing, making her excellent support, and a very powerful kage.

Do you think most kage level ninjas would die to a bunch of weak ninjas? only the gin kin brothers were of note, and darui beat them. Minato would have easily wiped them out, hashirama would have wiped them out, even hiruzen prime and tsundre would have won with help from their summons. Not tobirama though, he doesn't even have a summoning contract as far as we know. he was truly the weakest and least memorable kage; that's why kishi decided to leave him out of the plot until now.

his water techs are said to be one of the best within the series..
he created edo tensei oro put talismans in them the first time so both hashi and tobirama could not escape.. this was also one of the only reason hiruzen defeated them... and that is only because he had to resort to RDS

.. doesnt matter what u say really tobirama still defeated a strong ninja.. izuna was no weakling .. not to mention his space time techs aswell

i would easily rate tobirama the third strongest kage

tobirama has literally done nothing other then shoot a small water gun attack with his supposedly 'best' suiton user status. even fishface aktusksi member was doing techs x100 what he pulled off.

and if he had anything like fishface, or any of the akuski members, he wouldn't have died, but he did. he wasn't strong.
