I feel like he isn't based on this: You take away one single aspect of his fighting [kamui], and he is automatically garbage.
Whereas other top 10 competitors such as hashirama or naruto can still put up a fight if you take something away.

Hashirama: take away sage mode and he is still a beast with his mokuton
Naruto: Take away sage mode and he still has BM or KCM (and vice versa)

I mean, cmon. He lost a one-on-one fist-fight to a drained and weakened Kakashi. AND he still has the OP Rinnegan (if he can even use it). As far as we know, Obito isn't anything special without Kamui.
