He's not really weak, but rather just featless. Saying that he's weak would be the same as calling Tobirama weak.

The fact Tobirama was Hokage is enough to know he wasn't some fodder, Yahiko died featless and we have no way of knowing how powerful he was, im not going to say he is superior to an Immortal who can kill you with just a sample of your blood and a Mokuton user who can fuse with the ground

My vote is going for Hidan though. He might be able to beat anyone he hits, but he's simply too slow. All other Akatsuki members are either too fast for him or can easily block his attack.
