Just teasing. It'd definitely by Hidan. Zetsu can clone himself, drain chakra and copy abilities, as well as having wood style and black zetsu.

Zetsu can either constantly drain his chakra, or bind him with wood style. Hidan has no way out of wood style.

Zetsu isn't that weak if you think about it. He managed to make an army of himself. That would definitely overwhelm Hidan, and give Zetsu a chance to bind him.
