Jozu, was one of the weakest. Doflamingo, doesn't even know the extent of, Luffy's power. YOU don't know the extent of, Luffy's power. We know EVERYTHING about, Luffy except for the massive power he has been keeping hidden all this time. Does it make sense that, Luffy would run from, Doflamingo so much that it takes 1-2 more arcs for him to take him down? Luffy, is going to finish things in dressrosa. Doflamingo, isn't going to let, Luffy escape. I know it's tough for you guys to not be able to figure it out with your lack of details, but you must remember who we're talking about. When it comes to being special, Luffy has, Doflamingo beat by 100%
And why the hell would there be another timeskip? That was for half of the series. There isn't going to be one. You must think, Doflamingo has some godly power if you think he's that tough.

Just from seeing that you think it's going to take a TS for, Luffy to defeat him, I'll let you figure it out. Oh and one hint for you about that TS. Check out, Luffy's clothing and look at Madam Shyarly's prevision.

lol? Jozu was one of the weakest? Where is your proof of saying hes weak? Hes pretty strong, not admiral level but most likely stronger than Luffy (pre-ts and maybe even post-ts). There will be another timeskip, I'm sure of it the series has another 10 years to go and plus I don't see Luffy progressing to the point where he surpasses Roger/WB in their prime w/o a time-skip. It's just what I think.

When Luffy becomes pirate king he WILL be in his mid-late 20s, maybe even 30s, who knows. Trust me, it will happen. I'm positive on this one.

I just don't see Doflamingo fighting Luffy just yet, I think Law will either get captured or teleport off since he's been conserving his energy.

Doflamingo is most likely the second strongest Shichibukai next to Mihawk (Hawk-Eyes), it's possible he may be Admiral level, so no luffy cannot win by himself most likely.

It's obvious how, Oda showed off his hype and his design. The fact that, Doflamingo handled him so easily is proof enough. He also got his ass kicked by, Aokiji quickly. He's obviously one of the weakest of WB's commanders.

Let me help you with something.
Put out your many details and everything you thought up that made you come to that conclusion. Tell me some of your complex thoughts and make it good. I doubt most of you who think the answer is "no" have thought this through. If it were "I'm Not Sure" then that shows where your intelligence is.
Give me your details to conclusion.

I don't know why.... but people are underestimating the straw-hats a lot.....

I think I am the only one who thinks Luffy atm is just below the Yonkou level.

If you take hints from the manga.... you will see that after arriving at dressrosa the way Oda split the strawhat pirates, the Strongest 5 went together leaving the other 2 groups weirdly underpowered. Either that or the strawhat powerup is really something. Many things have made it clear. For example tashigi's alarming comment after she saw zoro fight....

"Just what have the strawhats been doing these 2 years??!!"

You see tashigi should have been used to watching highly skilled people fight (Being smokers right hand and all), yet the amazement she showed indicated that she had never seen anyone so strong to be overwhelming.

So I will put it this way, Luffy beats Dofla - But it will not be a cakewalk. (He will perhaps have to reveal a few more of his cards and it will only be because of Dofla's DF ability).

And here is how I scale power ranks....we will begin with highest and descend to the lowest,

  1. Yonkou - BB, Shanks, Kaidou, Big Mam, Akainu (After timeskip). (This purely dependant on their current fighting strength and nothing else)
  2. Elite Shichibukai - Luffy, Mihawk, Doflamingo, Aokiji (After timeskip), Garp and Rayleigh (only because they are old and this is after another 2 years have passed during which they are not getting any younger). (Also these are unnaturally strong people even for the shichibukai order)
  3. Admiral/Shichibukai - Kizaru (Before timeskip), Zoro, Law, Jinbei, Fujitora, Kuma etc. (I am not including Boa for obvious reasons :p)
  4. Below Par Shichibukai - Crocodile, Sanji, Moria.
  5. Vice Admirals - Cyborg Franky, Kinemon, Smoker (I think he was only working on improving his rank by capturing tons of pirates and neglected his training), Momonga (Before timeskip), Doberman (Also before timeskip level)
  6. Captain - Brook, Chopper, Usopp.

I did not include Nami and Robin because I don't think they are meant to be frontline fighters and most likely would avoid a fight unless they are pushed to the corner
Also all the strawhats are after TS.

No that's not right, Luffy is in between Admiral and Vice Admiral level, also Admirals are stronger than most shichibukai, with the exception of Hawk Eyes and possibly Doflamingo, I cannot see luffy beating Kizaru, Akainu, or Aokiji. Not yet.

but hes still stronger than Luffy. If jozu can't compete with doflamingo (Pre-TS) or Aokiji how do you expect Luffy to beat Doflamingo? Jozu has incredible strength, as seen here.

You obviously have some thinking to do. You put, Luffy close to a level of, Doflamingo.

Luffy, pushed aside two buildings. 2 and 2 single arms for both. Luffy, after the TS should be able to easily do that. Those buildings he pushed aside using his full strength would weigh just as much and have been build tightly. After the TS, Luffy should be able to easily do that.

I just posted what you clearly said.
You said, Luffy is at a level between Admiral and Vice Admiral. You also said that, Doflamingo may possibly be admiral level. You're clearly putting him inbetween admiral and vice admiral which you just said, Luffy may be between there as well. Are you going to deny the words you just said or did what I just show you make you have a change of heart?
You clearly need to think this through more. According to what you said, Luffy has a decent chance at, Defeating, Doflamingo. Now you're trying to say that he can't? I asked you to put out all your details and such. Show me all your thoughts that made you come to your conclusion. If you can't I wouldn't want to acknowledge your answer of yes or no.

True, I forgot about that but Jozu is a tank. He blocked Mihawk's attacks while on the other hand, Luffy was running away and was getting hurt from them. I honestly doubt WB will have someone as his 4th division commander to be "weak" and to hypothetically be weaker than Luffy. Remember Jozu is fast too, he'll smash Luffy just like he did to croc. (but not to the same extent where Croc. was struggling). Jozu also has haki too so that's a plus.

First of all learn to divide your paragraphs, it looks like a huge run-on sentence; now I say this because I know luffy could defeat some or most of the vice admirals but not the admirals, so I guess it's better for me to say Vice-Admiral level, and yes Doflamingo could defeat Luffy, as Law is probably as of right now Luffy's rival in terms of strength and skill and even Law is afraid to fight Doflamingo by himself.

I can't give a perfect answer since we have yet to see most of Doflamingos feats, I know his powers revolve around strings and such, and that he has alot of power in the underworld and black market. But other than that I can't really give a full analysis on Doflamingos strength.

You need to open your mind and realize what you're saying. You're talking about something from 2 years ago. Ace, obviously stronger than, Jozu, right? Ask yourself this. How long has, Ace been a pirate? How long has, Luffy been a pirate? Luffy, said he would surpass his brother before the TS, right? Who put those words into, Luffy's mouth? Oda, did.

Now, what did, Luffy do for those 2 years? Luffy, has been a pirate for 3 years now officially.
Stop comparing, Luffy to how he was 2 years ago.

You also probably don't realize what, Jozu did to block that attack.

Well that's the whole point, if Luffy pre-ts couldn't match up to Jozu then, what makes you think he can now? Obviously Jozu and the other WB were training their asses off too to prob. avenge WB's death.

This is plain silly. We're not talking about that. We're talking about, Doflamingo.
You guys obviously aren't able to comprehend and gather details within the story. You guys lack details which affects your thoughts. There are holes in almost everything you guys say.

Your prediction in one piece. How often do they turn out accurate? Think about that, it's obvious that you guys are always shocked by what happens in the story because you guys can't figure things out before hand. Why? Because you lack many needed details and Oda always put in great details.

Stop comparing, Luffy to how he used to be before TS. I can't acknowledge your opinions when you guys fail to comprehend what happens in the story. Anyways, there's no need for you guys to respond. I'm not interested in continuing this any further. I would prefer to speak about such things with people with a higher intelligence on one piece, someone who has enough details to give a respectable answer.

Keep your opinions and see the outcome for yourselves. Has, Luffy ever let us down?

I'm not saying that Luffy will never kick Doflamingo's ass but what I'm saying is that not as of right now maybe in another 1-2 years? Doflamingo won't be taken down this quick after the TS. He even poses a threat to Akainu's marines, I don't even see the straw-hats as a whole being able to do that. Quit underestimating Doflamingo. Has Luffy ever let us down, yes he did. There were many falls with Luffy and he did learn from most from there.

Again, I'm only at Enies Lobby but I do have a knowledge of what does on after for me to make a valid statement/opinion.

KOL explains falls with Luffy as well.

Edit: Doflamingo also prob. knows the extent of Luffy's DF so he already has the upper edge. No one knows what doflamingo can do but he has defeated many opponents in Marineford with ease.

Well considering the fact that doflamingo is one of the strong original schibukai (Mihawk, Kuma, and Crocodile) It's kind of hard to believe luffy can beat him...

But by comparing doflamingo's ability to luffy, i kind of find it hard of doflamingo's ability doing any significant damage to strawhat....Especially Zoro.

Luffy seems to show the strongest sign of armors haki, since he covered a whole two giant arm in haki. Meaning doflamingo's wires/strings aren't going to severe luffy.

Just a question: Again, I know we've argued before =D But is covering a giant fist harder than covering a regular fist? It's still Luffy's hand. He still has to cover the same amount, it has just expanded.

Jozu, was one of the weakest. Doflamingo, doesn't even know the extent of, Luffy's power. YOU don't know the extent of, Luffy's power. Oda, has given us plenty of information and insight that he's about to reveal, Doflamingo's true power. Why? Because, Luffy is about to fight him. Doflamingo's devil fruit and all will be revealed.

He's one of their top, Warlords. I'm expecting, Mihawk to be the strongest out of all 7.

The thing you must notice here is how the WG will feel when they find out that their 7 warlords can't even handle the SH pirates. Them and you people who don't believe in the power of, Luffy will be shocked. I honestly hope that you guys feel how weak you are in the department of details. This arc is the key to the SH pirates reputation. We're going to find out how much of a threat they are now. They aren't just some rookies anymore, so keep that in mind. Doflamingo, is going down in this arc and that's that. He's nothing more than an old power who has now become a stepping stone for the SH pirates.

Hey Princess. Although you're waaaaaay off about Jozu being weak, I agree with most of the rest. I believe this is the arc where the SHs will make a name for themselves in the New World. They will show that they are a crew that is prime and ready to take on any opponent(except for a Yonko crew atm ofc). Luffy won't beat Doflamingo with ease or anything. We know that Luffy hasn't mastered Haki, he's still vulnerable to cuts. Doflamingo seems like the perfect opponent when it comes to that. That doesn't mean Luffy can't be cut by other people, but it's definitely a maaajor improvement if he can sustain a cut from Doflamingo. This is where the SHs will showcase themselves, hopefully, where everyone gets an appropriate bounty.

I usually like your thinking, but I just don't see how you think Luffy needs more time to train to defeat Doflamingo.

I'm not saying that Luffy is at Doflamingo's level right now, but when has Luffy ever matched up against someone that is his equal? Luffy has always fought an uphill battle, and I believe the same goes with Doflamingo

If you look at it closely, it makes sense. Luffy has trained for two whole years. Yes, Doflamingo has been a pirate for a long time, but he might have reached his peak, or else he would still try to conquer or something. Luffy will defeat him, a huge milestone of sorts, then he will defeat a person that is 1st Mate material(SLIGHTLY higher than Doflamingo, think of Marco), which will put him at Admiral level. Then Luffy will have the battle of his life, where he will muster all of his strength, speed and will to defeat the first Yonko, aka Kaido.

Luffy obviously isn't just any pirate. Given that he's the main protagonist, we know what he's gonna do. But pushing that aside, he has always showed tremendous growth during fights, and I believe he's very capable of taking on Doflamingo. Like any other opponent, Doflamingo will probably underestimate him though, until Luffy shows his true strength.

That's just how I see it. I know we have different viewpoints, but I just thought I'd share mine and maybe you would see my reasoning

I said he's one of the weakest commanders. Also, I told you I don't want to further continue speaking with you about this subject.

Stop whining, we're not on the same subject. If you think Jozu is one of the weakest commanders, then you are a fool. I think everyone can agree that the top commanders goes like 1) Marco 2) Jozu 3) Ace 4) Vista. And Vista might even be stronger than Ace.

It's my opinion and that's yours. You don't know for a fact if it's like that.
