Sasuke is immune to all kinds of poison.
Sakura has been shown to be more skilled in biology stuff than sasori (which is why she was able to make an antidote) and saying sasori's poison being better is a false assumption.

You are over-looking one very important fact; poison makes for Sasori's main ingredient to win the battle as ALL his arsenal is imbued with it. You believe Kabuto simply missed that? They were there to kill him, not to mention Orochimaru's own time in Atatsuki.
