They have no proof of Sasuke being immune to Sasori's poison, yet that's everyone's argument
Actually, there is considerable proof. Some of you are just turning the other cheek. The fact that Orochimaru had planted Kabuto as a 'supposed' double agent means that Sasuke would have been indefinitely immune to all points save for Orochimaru's. As he was going to take over Sasuke's body and was there to kill Sasori as well. Why do you think he wouldn't be immune to poison given the fact that he was at the end of his immortality cycle? If anyone disagrees, then it's merely your opinion.
Sasori loses because of Shaingan and Sasuke's body which would be most definitely immune to Sasori's poison. He can see through Sasori's chakra and thus his core. Once that is done, CQC is enough to take him out. Any Sharingan user is a bad match for Sasori. Even at Hebi level, Sasuke wins Mid difference given these advantages. MS just makes it too easy as Susano'o would sift the poison anyway.

The air? as in his poison gas Oro can easily avoid that, His snake like body structure could easily get out of the bindings sasori shoots, Not like oro would sit there and get caught by them like Sakura ..

IF he would use the oral rebirth every single time Sasori makes a scratch on him, he would run out of chakra in no time. He had antidote or he had no intel about the poison ( what I doubt, considering the fact that Orochimaru is the Aizen of Naruto )
Sakura was crap, and Sasori actually killed himself. You shouldn't bring her into this. The fact remains that Sasori has thousands of needles at his disposal, weapons dipped in poison. There is no way Orochimaru is getting out of all those with using oral rebirth over and over again which uses a massive amount of Chakra anyway.
His best best to defeat Sasori at his own game is to overcome the biggest hurdle; poison. Without it, there is no defeating Sasori. You have to understand that Orochimaru planned to kill Sasori and had Kabuto gather intel on him as a double agent for the sole purpose of defeating him. You think he missed this crucial detail that makes up for THE MAIN aspect of Sasori's lethal attacks? Come one, man.

lol I was just trying to state that the "Bridge Meeting" Does not really prove that oro is immune to poison he was a pretty arrogant dude ..Oh shit read that wrong .. and granny chyo his grandmother went to go battle him without any knowledge of having an antidote ? ..

Arrogant, yes. Foolish? No. Orochimaru always played his cards right and I highly doubt he would have gone to battle Sasori without working around his poison. It makes up for his main arsenal as everything is imbued with it. Haha I see. I thought you were saying that Orochimaru wins. My bad then.

Isn't Orochimaru a snake in his true form? Does that not make him immune to poison? Sasuke was and he is nowhere near as snakeish as Orochimaru.
Even then I believe Oro beats Sasori mid diff, with ET restricted.

What i meant was . that granny chiyo also had extensive knowledge on Sasori .. yet she did not think it neccesarry to come immune too poison or bring an antidote .. and with Oro's painful sickness i doubt he would of made the time and effort to become immune to poison some how
^ Sakura was traveling with them and she had the antidotes. I am pretty sure Chiyo would have known. That and I believe she wasn't able to develop an antidote herself, if I am not mistaken. Which is why she praised Sakura.
