Naruto without Kurama would be reduced to SM and his Rasnagan - its variants - of course, and yes, IF compared to BM, Naruto's power is monumentally decreased. As for his skill then he lacks chakra control, which is evident from his lack of single handed Rasangan, summoning without Kurama's chakra outside SM, and his lack of ability to break out of genjutsu. This doesn't translate into a very good ninja at all.
Compare that to Sasuke, or Kakashi, or Minato even. All of them have trumendous chakra control and Kakashi and Sasuke are two of the most diverse ninjas out of the lot, if not the most diverse. Naruto lacks the merits to perform Ninja-like tasks, such as setting traps, tailing effectively, leadership, perception. You cannot simply deny these things. Fast forward so many chapters, where does he stand in terms of basic skill growth? You and I both know these are hard facts, whether you accept them or not.
In fact, Naruto was never a ninja to begin with if one is to go by Ninja code of conduct. Sasuke fans? The OP here is in a habit of digging mountains out of mole hills. The number of hate threads he has made; I have lost the count. And this is just one Naruto fan. You can do the math now. I have seen plenty of Naruto fans twist manga statements and facts to suit their own needs. Let's not joke here that which fandom is always under heat and which trolls the hell out of different sections.
