If what you claim is the fact that the jutsu was perfected in part 1 by the time of the Leaf Village attack, then why would another person go on to say that he improved the Technique, and for that same person that was revived in part 1 to then say " This time we were brought back with our full power "?

to sum things up, we got a guy that created the jutsu, never used it and never mastered, and we have 2 people that used the jutsu and perfected it. kabuto who mastered it better than tobirama said orochimaru perfected the jutsu, so i will believe kabuto

his healing was never better than tsunade other wise why would he say that she uses the same tech as hashirama did?

plus tsuande managed to heal the whole village which puts her above hashirama.
