Not sure....Tsunade is the strongest ninja in just raw strength shown so far...and her jutsu literally allows her to regenerate cells as fast as she loses them...she's still not dead after getting bisected and having her lower half thrown 50 ft away from her.

not sure what Kakazu could do to her that Tsunade couldn't tank.

Because Kakuzu can't punch her off with a Domu hardened first, right? Zukkoku and it's over for Katsuyu. Tsunade herself gets her head smashed in by Kakuzu or Gian simply rips her body apart, and without a Sharingan.. She isn't dodging it.

I agree my man. Not to mention that if he leaves his Doton heart within his body, and simply deploys his Katon, futon, and Raiton hearts.. Tsunade is done for.

Correct. Slugs do not like extensive heat (hence why Salt burns them; Sodium = Acid = Heat). So a simple Katon: Zukokku would do the trick in melting Katsuyu.

With one punch she can obliterate the whole battlefield under kakuzus feets and than start a quick opening attack and than destroy his whole body with one punch
she blitzed a madaras clone with rinnegan and ems sharingan so kakuzu shoud be no problem
