No; as a female i do not find her a good representation for such treats.

It is not just about power levels; she is just not a good example for those specialities characterizationvise.

Females in Naruto manga are not that good generally; Tsunade, Konan, Kushina, Mei, Mito, Temari can be better (yet not that great) representations.

But i do find inspiration depending on genders; every character can be considered as their own.
