-No Edo Itachi/other Edo characters in this thread so don't talk about Edo Itachi vs EDOx/Minato...
You can think that it is A joke but he is very underrated, and im not A fanboy of him, i'm Obito Kabuto and Orochimaru fanboy so...
First of all Itachi is clearly stronger than Extremely High Kage Tier Shinobis like Naruto,Sasuke,Minato,Mu,Trollkage... but not more than Demigods and Gods like Nagato,Obito,Madara,Hashirama,Current Orochimaru and Prime Kabuto.

-The Best Genjutsu user in Narutoverse
*Paralyzing Genjutsu - Like he did when he roflstompd Orochimaru when he was 14 years old something like that.
*Kotoamatsukami (Implanted in his crow)
*Tsukuyomi
*Amaterasu
*Izanami
He also got 2 Elements Katon and Suiton.
-Got the most powerfull abillites/tools in Narutoverse, Totsuka no Tsurugi that can one shot seal anything no matters what, and he also gots the strongest defense in Narutoverse more than Uchiha Madara's Perfect Susano'o and more than Uchiha Obito's Kamui, the Yata no Kagami, Itachi while in Susano'o is invincible and the strongest charachter shown (not trolling) we know that he can't be in Susano'o for more than few minutes but in his "prime" when he was less sick he could probably be in Susano'o for about 10 minutes which is enough for him to solo anyone but his time limit in Susano'o makes him "Balanced" and not someone that can solo Juubi and Rikudo together,
Obito/Tobi/"Madara" the feared and OP leader of the Akatsuki feared from Itachi, even though MS Obito was probably stronger than him, he feared from Itachi like he is some crazy pimpmaster and i'm an Obito fan, we didn't saw Obito afraid from the best Rinnegan user Nagato that didn't lost A battle in his entire life and he talked to Nagato like he was his b!tch and he was afraid from Itachi so just imagine how strong Itachi is.
-Most naturally talented character in Narutoverse, yes even more than geniuses like Minato and Orochimaru.
-Smartest character in Narutoverse, yes more than Kabuto Obito and Minato.
Itachi will always be in the top 10 list no matters which character will get A Power-Up.
