Jiraya stands calmly in the middle of a grassy field whistling a melody which rings across the field, the wind carrying the sounds. His whistling stopped, and suddenly he heard the tunes continue but it was not him who continued the sequence. It was a young man several meters away from him, with an Akatsuki cloak and blonde hair. Jiraya smiled, knowing the lad was not here to chit chat with him. No, his blood was boiling with the wish to fight and so was Jirayas.
He started his offense right away by releasing a large fireball at the blonde person, which upon reaching him turns into a maelstrom of fire that engulfs him in flames.
(Katon: Gōka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Hellfire Technique

Infusing the shuriken he drew with Fu chakra, he throws them increasing their speed and rotation making them more lethal. Due to the fire heading towards the blonde, he would not notice the shuriken heading his way. Since wind is faster then fire, the shuriken would catch some of the fire as they head towards the Akatsuki making them much more lethal.

Seeing the Akatsuki shoot himself up, Jiraya manipulates the shuriken he released into the fire, to shoot upwards directly from underneath the blonde, the fiery shuriken hitting him from beneath, burning and cutting him causing bleeding and injuries. This happens as the swamp is created beneath Jiraya, the rest of the Akatsuki's offensive would be halted for the moment.

Jiraya then bites his thumb as his feet are in the mud and performs a sequence of hand seals summoning Gamabunta beneath him. Gamabunta, due to his size easily overwhelms the swamp, being able to get out of it. He catches solid ground with a simple step and shoots some of the mud from the pool towards the blonde with a kick as he goes out.

Gamabunta, literally meaning "Toad Boss", is the boss of the toads of mount Myobokuzan. An enormous summon (about 100 meters high), he carries a large Tanto (simple, square katana) on his back that he wields with great proficiency. He is very found of his smoking pipe and tends to be somewhat harsher than most toads, specially when he's summoned to "troublesome" situations. His sons are Gamakichi and Gamatatsu. Besides his enormous size and his immense strength and proficiency with a tanto, he is also a master of Water release, capable of using water techniques up to S-Rank. His large size and strength renders him immune to all B-Rank and below ninjutsu. A trait he shares with most Toads is the ability to use Oil Techniques, like spitting large amounts of flammable oil to combo with his summoners techniques.

With Gamabuntas size, the fire is far from big enough to tower his physique but still it is very hot so Gamabunta expells a dense torrent of water before him which collides with the fire extinguishing it and creating a wall of steam which momentarily blocks Jirayas and Deidaras sight of each other.

Don't you think you are breaking the time frame over there a bit?
I'd imagine the timeframe like this;
- Encampment pillar
- clay dragon
- shadow clone technique
- mini dragon
- hiding like a mole
- clay clone
You say you use dropping lid at the time of after the shadow clone is created, as the clone is created the mini dragon is released your way, which means you are supposed to be defending against the mini dragon, instead you used dropping lid on me, that would make it my win, if I'm not mistaken.

Note: The lightning dragon was only used for this one turn and then released.

Deidara then manipulates his clay clone to jump down towards Jiraiya and Bunta, and as the clay clone comes within close range from them he forms a single hand seal detonating the clay clone and causing a widespread explosion to occur.

At the same time as the wind is being created by C1, Jiraya pops out of the ground mid range behind Deidara and his dragon and performs the snake hand seal whereafter he emits a spear of lightning from his hand which he sends at Deidara and his dragon. Noticing that Deidara is on top of the dragon, Jiraya splits the spear so that one spear is aimed at the dragon and one at Deidara. The first spear rips through the dragon destroying it and neutralizing the explosive properties while the second one pierces Deidara through the back killing him instantly. Since the spear destroys the dragon, it would lose it's ability to fly causing it to crash to the ground with Deidara following.

Descripton: The user after performing the hand seal snake emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands whilst kakuzu lightning mask emits it from its mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.
As the clone is created by Deidara just before the lightning hits him, Bunta performs a hand seal and releases a huge bullet of water that hits the clone and sends it back at Deidara and his dragon, soaking all of them just as the lightning hits them increasing it's power and potency electrocuting them even more.

As the tornadoes are heading towards Jiraya he expells a massive stream of fire that cancels out the tornadoes and continues towards Deidara. Since it's a constant stream Jiraya keeps sending out he can easily overpower the tornadoes and keep the fire going towards Deidara.

This would prevent Deidara from performing the earth technique and cause him to protect from the fire heading his way. This also prevents Deidara from protecting from the water, causing him to take the full hit of Gamabunta's technique. If the earth technique does happen, C1 releases a dragon of lightning and wind which electrifies the water and rips through the earth while continuing weakened at the clay dragon ripping through it.

If you decide to go on with the Earth you will be roasted by the fire, if you decide to defend against the fire you will be hit by the lightning/water.
With a simulated attack of a combination of water - lightning and fire heading straight towards Deidara whom is hovering in the air on the back of his clay dragon, Deidara had not much of a choice because either way he would either be roasted by intense blazing hot flames or be electrocuted by a combination of water and lightning, so a counter or defensive technique is not an option, So Deidara decides to quickly evade all of the attacks at once, He then crouches on one of his knees while placing both of his hands onto his clay dragon, he then releases a burst of earth chakra through the clay dragon turning it to solid rock and also increasing its weight drastically, being the weight that the dragon now is it drops down to ground at a increasingly fast speed along with Deidara on its back, and most likely evading all of the attacks that were heading towards him.

Seeing how the dragon turns into stone and begins dropping to the ground, Jiraya smiles and focuses his chakra into the ground beneath the dragon after performing a single hand seal. By doing this he turns the very ground into a sticky swamp. With the dragons momentum of falling, and due to being petrified he is unable to manuver away from the swamp, nor would Deidara be able to notice the swamp beneath him due to the dragons bulk hindering his sight. The dragon would drop into the swamp with great might getting Deidara knee deep into it, if not even more.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
With the dragon underneath the swamp, and Deidara sinking, Jiraya performs one more hand seal and causes the mud to grab Deidaras wrists and ankles and drag him down even faster into the mud.

As the dragon hits the swamp, with impact spilling mud all over the place, Deidara feels that the ground is soft as and he sees the mud flying aswell, he immediately channels his chakra into the ground and makes a dragon of earth burst from the ground beneath him, lifting him into the air and out of the swamp. Once at a respectable height he removes himself from the dragons head and leaves what is left of the dragon to continue toward the original Jiraiya from above. (the swamp stops forming, as my earth chakra cancels out yours.)

From the air, Deidara throws his hand forward and releases a sword like stream of lightning from his hand, the lightning crashes into the dragon and splits it into lots of smaller chunks of rigid earth.
