Description:This genjutsu is in fact extremely simple. The user will first make a string of five handseals, and simply point at the opponent inserting chakra into them. The user then puts the opponent in a genjutsu in which light flashes repeatedly, at insanely fast speeds in no particular pattern. The lights also Cause excessive and rapid neuronal activity and abnormal rhythmic discharges of cortical neurons in the brain. At the same time the gen also makes the opponent feel exhausted (has no effect on stamina or chakra reserves). This along with the lights would cause a seizure. The opponent would be rendered unable to move, and would have uncontrollable spasms and muscle movement. After around 3 minutes of this (and the illusion not being broken), the opponent would be rendered unconsious. During the seizure, the opponent in the genjutsu would still see the lights. They would not stop until the genjutsu is broken. This illusion places enormous strain on the mind causing damage if the illuion is left un-broken.

Finally, the user causes them to rapidly spin around the opponent and inevitably rain down on them, filling the sky with a blinding light and inflicting a massive amount of damage.

Description:Masamune is easily recognizable due to its length as a Japanese nodachi blade. The design and color of the tsuba (guard) and tsuka (hilt) is varied. It changes color according to the user's fancy. It can be any color he wants really. It is extremely long, being 2.2 meters long. It cannot be called beautiful because of its appearance for the description of "beautiful" will only dirty it. The sword was built many years ago. The man who built the sword, his name was Masamune. He worked on it for long hours. Finally, after years he had finished. It was perfect, being completely indestructible. It was able to cut through almost anything as well (cannot cut through techniques). At this point, it had gained the attention of Astaroth. He killed the swordsmith, and took the sword for his own. It served him well in battle, with it he could kill with relative ease, and he loved to use it. It fit him perfectly, almost as if it was made for him...

-Abilites-

The sword has 3 main abilites. Each ability is referred to as a circle of hell. The blade's main affinity is Water.

1st Circle (The Circle of Wrath):

This ability, allows Masamune to be able to extend it's tip forward with great speed. It can move about twice as fast as a thrown kunai. It can retract to it's original length just as quickly as it can extend. It can extend up to mid range. This ability is C ranked.

2nd Circle (The Circle of Greed)

This ability allows the user to stab the sword into the ground. He holds it with both hands, and can cause it to release a geyser of water short range from the user. The geyser can then be used as a water source. It only gushes water for one turn however, so the water source can only be used for one jutsu.

3rd Circle (The Circle of Pain)

This ability allows the user to cause hundreds of tiny blades to extend from the swords tip. Suddenly, they are all fired at the opponent at the same time. The blades are equivalent to B rank all together, and all are made of water.

X-Declined-X I think the weapon exists, the ability of this weapon exists in many different forms. And they are unrelated to each other completely it doesn't make sense.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: kihonteki bouhatei) - Summoning Technique: Standard Mole

Excadrill is the second in command of the moles and one of the strongest among them under the boss. Excadrill is 45 cm and wears jagged axe-like armor pieces on his arms as well as a jagged axe-like helmet placed slightly covering his face. He uses his 'shovels' to aid him in digging or for striking his target. Unlike most moles who specialize in earth based techniques, Excadrill is the only mole to be able to perform fire jutsu up to S-rank without handsigns.

-His Katon counts as a move.

The lightning upon impact, lifts the target into the air before dropping them down.

A structure forms out of the back of the user as the shape of large thunderbird wings that are made of pure lightning chakra but they do not grant the user flight of any kind. The user takes on the speed of lightning but can only beable to move at the speed of Rock lee without his Weights in which they have not actauly achieved the speed of lightning. While in this Mode the user can only use lightning jutsu and nothing else. All lightining jutsu get +10 strength. After this jutsu is deactivated the user is extremely exhausted and they cannot use any lightning jutsu for the rest of the battle. Also after this mode is deactivated the user can only use C-rank and below jutsu due to the exhaustion and lack of chakra.

The chakra wraps around their head and is then molded to form the shape of a head of a thunderbird. Near their feet the chakra envelops them and forms into the shape of talons. A structure forms out of the back of the user as the shape of large thunderbird wings that are made of pure lightning chakra but they do not grant the user flight of any kind. This mode creates a large yellow aura around the user in the shape of a large bird. The user takes on the speed of lightning but can only be able to move at the speed of which their movements seem like a blur to the opponent yet can still be traceable by the naked eye. While in this Mode the user can only use lightning jutsu, taijutsu, ninjutsu and genjutsu. All lightining jutsu get +15 strength. After this jutsu is deactivated the user is extremely exhausted and they cannot use any lightning jutsu for 3 turns. Also after this mode is deactivated the user can only use A-rank and below jutsu for 2 turns due to the exhaustion and lack of chakra. Also the user is very vulnerable to wind jutsu. Water jutsu won't effect the user in terms of electrocution, for example the person can swim in water completely fine without the fear of getting electrocuted.

Description: The user charges their leg with chakra of any elemental type and does a roundhouse kick sending out a wave of chakra unique to that element was a wall of defense to collide with an enemy technique. The wave of chakra will be equivalent to an A-rank technique of that said element. Since that chakra is elemental chakra, Elemental Weaknesses still take effect. For example, if an opponent sends an A rank wind jutsu towards the user. The user can charge fire chakra into their leg and roundhouse kick into the air in front of them. Using precise timing, the chakra is released as the leg swings from right to left or left to right releasing a wave of Fire chakra to collide with the wind jutsu defending the user from it. This jutsu designates a special color to the element of chakra.
Fire Chakra would appear red.
Earth would appear brown
Water Would appear blue
Wind Would appear green
Lightning would appear yellow.
This is basically for cosmetic appearances.
Restrictions:
- Can only be taught by Daemon
- No Elemental Taijutsu in the same turn.

They manipulate the fire stream to spiral around each other and once they are about to hit the enemy both of the streams of fire conjoin into only large blast in the shape of a first that completely incinerates the enemy. After this taijutsu technique is complete, the user's first is left steaming and smoking from its power and thus cannot use they hand for the rest of the turn.
Restrictions:
- can be taught by Daemon
- can only be used 2 times per battle.
- No fire elemental taijutsu can be used in the same turn.

Fire Release: Burning Buttons (Katon: Botanbāningu)

Description: The user gathers his fire chakra in one of the buttons on his clothing(on his suit, jacket, pants, shirt, vest, shoes etc. whichever one the user has) And creates a small bust of fire behind them(enough to burn the threads attaching the buttons but not enough to make the clothing catch fire) allowing him/her to fire the buttons in any direction he/she wishes. These buttons then catch fire and cause small burns on it's target.(1st degree) These buttons travel with high speed.(as fast as the user's speed level) However they deal very little damage. Best use of these buttons would be to target the opponent's eyes or mouth. Also these buttons can be used to ignite flammable stuff such as a cigarette or oil.

Water Release: Imperial Mist (Suiton: Imeprilomisto)

Description: Much like the regular Hidden Mist Jutsu, the user humidifies the air and creates a very thick mist using water. This jutsu, however, adds on to the existing mist to make it even more dense. This new form of mist is much thicker and makes the air feel heavy. It also gets both the user's and the opponent's clothing wet due to the extremely high humidity. This humidity makes it dangerous for both the user and the opponent to use lightning jutsu, since in most cases, the lightning jutsu will just electrify the user. The Imperial Mist also makes it harder to see. Anything outside of close range will not be seen clearly and in short range, only a silhouette will be visible. Furthermore, the dense air will slow down movement of anyone by 2 ranks. Finally, the water in the air will weaken all Fire jutsu by 1 rank(20 Damage points).
*Can only be used if a Mist jutsu is active (the mist must be artificially created with a jutsu such as the (Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hiding in Mist Jutsu)
* Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source (however, if created from mouth, the mist will be more concentrated around the user, making his fire jutsu weaker by 2 ranks (35-40 Damage points)

Description: A high level technique which allows the user to control their body parts using strings of chakra controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings made of chakra. Using this technique, the user can control their body like a marionette, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force which would impede normal movement. However, while this technique is in use no oter body-altering techniques may be used, by doing so, this technique will stop fuctioning. (Ex: using nagashi would cause the lightning chakra to alter the chakra 'strings' )

(Benihime) - Crimson Empress

Description: A sleek, medium-sized sword. The hilt's grip, which has a gentle black-decorative wrapping, bends forward at the end, with a pommel shaped overlap three times, and a crimson tassel dangling from its base. Instead of a tsuba, there is a U-shape guard covering three inches of blade, with a flower petal design. At the base of the guard is a red string wrapped thrice around the hilt, with a three-loop bow on the back side and a folded paper decoration on the front side. The blade is black with a silver edge. It remains straight and slim with a somewhat short size, with the tip ending in a slanted razor-like edge instead of tapering to a point. Benihime Special Ability: Benihime is capable of performing a variety of crimson-colored energy techniques. Loki can use these techniques of Benihime's with a variety of verbal commands that corresponds to its different abilities.
Weapon techniques: (used spoiler to save space)
(Nake Benihime) Sing Razor, Crimson Empress: This technique fires particularly strong and destructive crimson-colored energy blasts. The energy flows out of the blade and fires in the arc of the sword's swing. Capable of cutting through materials ( earth) and substances (water) with relative ease (of 1 rank lower) but disperses aftwards if done. This arc moves towards the target and can instantly change direction by the user's will. The technique has a rank of A rank and can reach long distances. Loki prior using this technique, has to say the verbal command "Sing Razor".

(Chikasumi no Tate) Blood Mist Shield: This technique forms a hexagon-shaped crimson barrier in front of the blade for defensive purposes (with the heigh of a standard human body, and the same height in with). The barrier is called out with the same command as the "Nake" technique, by saying 'sing'. The barrier can easily block an A ranked technique without any damage or repercussions to Loki, but does disperse afterwards. Essentially, after blocking a technique of lower ranked such as B, C or D, Loki can use the remaining strength of the shield to fire a barrage of chakra bullets from his shield. Dispersing the shield aftwards. These bullets as a whole have a rank of B, and can reach mid distances.

(Shibari, Benihime) Crimson Empress of Binding: This technique launches condensed chakra in the form of a tangible blood red net, generated from the blade length, and simply throws it over the intended target (typically from above) with a simple slashing motion from Benihime. The net further binds and restricts an opponent’s movements by constricting to its form. This net appears elongated and somewhat narrow. This technique requires no prior verbal commands. It is has B rank strength and reaches mid distances.

(Hiasobi, Benihime, Juzutsunagi) Crimson Empress That Plays with Fire, Strung Together like Rosary Beads: After using the Shibari technique, Loki stabs the net with the tip of Benihime, creating orbs of fire along the outside length of the net, which explode like linked land-mines in a domino formation, leading toward the target bound under the net. When the orbs come into direct contact with the intended target, they create a tremendously large and devastating explosion. This technique is ranked S rank, due to working after "Shibari" the user has to get into close range to activate this technique.

Description: A katana with its sheath being attached to either side of the wielder's hip. It sported a reddish, traditional Japanese hilt-wrapping, and its large, simple circular tsuba, which had a golden color, was decorated by a flower-motif. Not only that, but it's properties are nearly indestructable. Yomazu became Loki's right hand, being able to perform numerous unique assaults, known as Bo, Kan, Zan, & Anko, all together are known as the 4 Kin of Purgatory. Mainly based on chakra control and raw chakra. No elemental chakra is known to work with Yomazu, with the exception of wind release.
Bo: This assault creates a strong defensive wall in the form of a cricle of chakra, which shields the user from enemy attack and is powerful enough to remain intact after being hit by B rank or lower ninjutsu techniques. The user puts his free palm against the side of the blade while the other hand holds the handle, and lifts it foward, releasing a burst of chakra that forms into the circle shield.
Kan: The user writes hols Yomazu with both hands and channels massive amounts of raw chakra into it. Then releasing it at once in a compressed state, creating a beam of energy which pierces the target set by the user, with ease. It can successfully rip through B rank and lower ninjutsu techniques, all within reason. It however, can only reach mid ranges.
Zan: The user infuses wich chakra into Yomazu and then swings Yomazu, creating a giant and wide air blade, to slice across everything within range. Having a reach of Mid range, and a strength of B rank wind.
Anko: The user creates a dark wave from Yomazu, which cuts through everything in its path. This works by the user rushing towards his enemy, whom he goes past (through either side) while unsheathing his blade, slashing them as they move. A few seconds before this is done, raw chakra is focused into Yomazu, thus, when it's unsheathed and slice the target it releases the chakra in a dark-ish color. This has a strength of B-Rank raw chakra and the movement of the user is dependent on his own basic speed.

Only 2 Kin of Purgatory assaults can be used per turn.
The same Kin of Purgatory can not be used in consecutive turns.
Each Kin of Purgatory counts towards one of the user's 3 techniques.

Said spear is 6 feet long and 3 feet wide, capable of slicing and shreadring human flesh with ease. This technique follows a sraight path only, thus, only moves foward and in a single direction.

Description: The Sunshine Of Heaven are a pair of Earth Infused Gloves. Passed down by a legend of earth users. It was said it does not work for anybody who does not love the element Earth. The Gloves are a Light Brown On the top and Dark brown on the bottom with 1 inch spikes sticking out on the knuckles. These gloves are very hard to rip due to the nature of what the glove is made out of. The gloves are made out of rare silk infused with the users earth chakra. These gloves when coming in contact with any type of earth, change the properties of the earth into soil. Thats the special type of earth chakra that are infused with the gloves. Once coming in contact the gloves will immediately spread the Earth Based Soil Chakra to any type of rocks, earth, boulders etc. This Is very helpful when having a Earth Jutsu coming your way, the user will just put his hands out and as it reaches the opponent, the hard earth will turn into a dense soil right then and there, leaving nothing but soil from the earth jutsu and doing no harm to the user... The Special thing about these gloves are not the fact that they can turn hard earth into dense soil, but with a simple hand seal the user is able to manipulate the dense soil, and create things from the soil and use it as an attack, defense or even supplementary purposes . E.I (A Soil Wall, Soil spikes, Soil weapons etc) the only thing different about the soil from regular earth is that when coming in contact with a water jutsu the soil does not block the water but absorbs it.

Soon as they get in striking range of the opponent the sword will gleam, that means the sword has as much chakra it can take without breaking. The user will then jump up into the air with the blade above their head, and come slashing the sword down from above the opponent. The blow of the blade is so powerful that the force of the blade due to the chakra being infused in the blade creates a crater mid range in depth and mid range in widgth. So even if the opponent dodge in the nick of time, they still will get hit.. enough to slow down their movements with slight damage. If caught in this attack...... well no remains was found from anybody who survived this attack so we dont know.. Due to the massive chakra insertion inside the blade.. The user is left vulnerable, barley standing and Little to No chakra left

I think the formely approved technique was too restricting because you can't use handseals for 3 turns afterwards and can't mold any technique above A rank same or next turn which to me has nothing to do with the technique itself. It takes alot of handseals and preparation to begin with meaning it can be interupted and even then could be stopped by a water encampment pillar for example so in my opinion it isn't deserving of the former restrictions because they cripple you too much and it is not a very powerful technique, it is merely a rank above S rank so i request a revaluation of the technique.

-Declined- Honestly i find the technique fine the way it is, tell you what, if you add a speed restriction, basically decreasing the speed/reaction times of your bio, i might consider removing a restriction of those, a Forbidden technique is supposed to cripple you, that's why it's called Forbidden, Forbidden techniques are composed of 2 S-ranks, and believe me the technique you have there is powerful enough to have those restrictions, and you can perform other than Fire techniques, the restriction involves that you can't use Fire techniques B-rank and above, if you make it so that you can't use Fire techniques at all for 2 turns after the turn this technique is used in, and give it a speed restriction like i said previously instead of handseals restriction, then it's good to go.

Description: The user begins by making a series of 3 hand seals ending with the tiger seal. This acts as a medium for him/her to send chakra into the air above the battle field and manipulate the heat waves produced from the sun itself. The heat waves would be gathered and condensed from mid-range of the user, then get sent to the one point the user directs it at. This technique would have the same effect as a magnifying glass but much more intense. The extreme heat is very fast once directed and would be enough to melt through most defenses like butter to reach its target aswell as evaporate any water technique two ranks lower. Also whatever this technique get affixed to will engulf in massive flames after leaving a large hole in the target. The hole that the extreme heat creates is twice as large of that an average size of a human.

These arms can be used to perform hand seals for elemental jutsu as well. These arms give; a +10 damage boost to all kenjutsu attacks if they are used to support the hands in the swing or action with the sword; they also give a +10 damage boost to all taijutsu punches by adding an extra fist to each hit; and finally these arms can create rasengan and remove the need for shadow clones when using (Tsuin Rasengan) – Twin Spiralling Sphere by using the arms to add the necessary rotation to the rasengan.

Like the original technique only two of the clones can be made and they reform after taking physical damage (i.e. punches, kicks, earth techniques). Since the sand is solid compared to rain which is liquid, this can be quite the distraction to those not accustomed to it. But its true purpose lies in the user's ability to use this sand as a starting point for their sand techniques, given the range is correct. When the rain storm ends the battlefield is covered in a five inch layer of sand.
-Lasts for four turns.

Description: The Tsuin Gou Hadoken is a type of Hadoken more powerful and advanced in comparison to the normal Hadoken, an already dangerous attack in itself. The user focuses large amounts of Satsui no Hado chakra to each arm, drawing them back as if in the horse stance, condensing the dark chakra into a slightly larger shape than the regular basketball sized Hadoken, creating one in each hand. As the user compresses the dark chakra, he adds elemental chakra to the Hadokens, giving them properties of any elemental affinities the user charges through them. The user, upon creating the Hadokens, can choose to only thrust one outwards, releasing just that one while continuously holding the other in his hand. However, as he does this, he will be unable to use any other ninjutsu until he releases the second. The second Hadoken still has to released by the end of the turn. The user can also chooses to fire both at the same time, with individual strength equal to a strong S-rank jutsu and a combined force of a forbidden ranked jutsu. Using them takes a great toll on the user however, and he's left unable to mold high ranking jutsus of the elemental affinities he used this jutsu with. When the user charges elemental affinities into the Hadokens, several effects appear depending on which element is focused. In order to fully taunt his enemies, Akuma devised an additional name for each "verision" made from the various elements:

± Zanku Hadoken|Air Slashing Surge Fist - When charging Futon chakra, the Hadoken's becomes slightly faster and causes great damage upon impact of the elemental version, causing enough damage to break bones and limit movement by the enemy while pushing him backwards with great force.
± Shakunetsu Hadoken|Scorching Heat Surge Fist - When charging Katon chakra, the chakra heats the Hadoken to the point that upon contact, second degree burns will occur, with third degree and fourth degree burns from prolonged contact.
± Gourai Hadouken|Roaring Thunder Surge Fist - When channeling Raiton chakra, lightning begins to form around the Hadoken and increases it's speed and causes it to have the effect of causing extreme paralysis of the nervous system upon direct contact, surging through the foes body and is capable of bursting through earthen defenses of up to Forbidden Rank
± Seiryū Hadoken|Azure Dragon Surge Fist - When channeling Suiton chakra, the Hadoken begins to contain extremely compressed water in it, being able to cause massive damage upon contact but can also be used to burst through fire jutsus and leave behind a great source of water upon striking its target with great force
± Messatsu Gou Hadou|Annihilating Great Surge- When channeling Doton chakra, the Hadoken begins to increase in mass, making it heavier and more solid and as such, hits the target with great force, breaking bones on contact as the Hadoken grinds against a target, dealing great damage before forcing them away.
Note: Can only be used once a fight.

Note: Both Hadoken's must be released within the same turn and no other jutsu may be used by the user until it is fully released.
Note: After using, the user is left with great strain, and unable to use whichever ( elemental affinities he used ) jutsus ranked S-rank and higher the two turns.
Note: The user cannot use any Satsui no Hado jutsu for the rest of the fight.
Note: Each different version of the Hadoken still follows basic strengths and weaknesses of each element ( i.e Fire is strong to wind but weak to water, etc ).
Note: Can only be used by Masters and Grandmasters of the Satsui no Hado CFS.
Note: The user is also able to release this jutsu with just focused chakra, however it would be significantly weaker (as strong as an A-rank ninjutsu) and still limit all elemental affinities to A-ranks and below the next turn.
Note: The user can only use one other jutsu the same turn this was used.

I am alright, with Fire, Wind and Lightning Variations, they have actual effects. But Water and Earth are not very complimentary with this technique. The way i see it: They are just a mass of element infused with your chakra of murderous intent, in actual battle there will be trouble identifying the actual abilities of those variations. Earth and Water a both largely defensive elements that dont fit well with an offensive technique here, that is what i think but you could resubmit by providing something with more ground since compressed Earth and Water projectiles have been tried over and over (Like If you say, the Earth variation would make the opponent heavier or lighter, it will still be energy based, earth release and better then shooting a chunk of earth).
Apart from that, the part where you say "Any of the users elemental affinities", does it mean advanced natures and sound too?

Using them takes a great toll on the user however, and he's left unable to mold high ranking jutsus of the elemental affinities he used this jutsu with. When the user charges elemental affinities into the Hadokens, several effects appear depending on which element is focused. By channeling advanced natures into the Hadoken, effects of said advanced nature will be of similar regards to being struck with Forbidden ranked compressed chakra of that nature, in mirrored fashion as the chart below (i.e. scorch chakra would cause effects similar to Fire hadoken, rain chakra being similar to Water Hadoken, etc etc).In order to fully taunt his enemies, Akuma devised an additional name for each main "verision" made from the various elements:

¤ Zanku Hadoken|Air Slashing Surge Fist - When charging Futon chakra, the Hadoken's becomes slightly faster and causes great damage upon impact of the elemental version, causing enough damage to break bones and limit movement by the enemy while pushing him backwards with great force.
¤ Shakunetsu Hadoken|Scorching Heat Surge Fist - When charging Katon chakra, the chakra heats the Hadoken to the point that upon contact, second degree burns will occur, with third degree and fourth degree burns from prolonged contact.
¤ Gourai Hadouken|Roaring Thunder Surge Fist - When channeling Raiton chakra, lightning begins to form around the Hadoken and increases it's speed and causes it to have the effect of causing extreme paralysis of the nervous system upon direct contact, surging through the foes body and is capable of bursting through earthen defenses of up to Forbidden Rank
¤ Tenma Gouzankuu|Demon's Great Air Slash- When channeling Ototon chakra, the Hadoken begins to rotate in the hand faster, increasing speed as a shrill sound is made from the spinning. Upon striking a foe, the Hadoken releases either low or high frequency waves throughout them. If low frequency, the waves deliver severe blunt force damage as well as cause a severe blow to the equilibrium of the enemy by resonating through the liquid organs of the target, causing severe dizziness and fainting from prolonged exposure. If high frequency, the waves cause severe blunt force damage as well as causing the organ of the user to vibrate intensely, and due to this intense vibrations, the organs begin to move back and forth across one another, causing them to rupture and cause severe internal injuries.[/b]

As the user opens their hand, the illusion is cast and the target sees their body being separated into six main parts (the head and neck, right arm, left arm, right leg, left leg, and torso). Within the illusion, whenever the target attempts to move a part of their body, the intended movement will be augmented to be larger than intended. For example, if the target tries to move their right arm to the left, it will fly towards the left far beyond the distance the target intended. In a sense, the target has control over how a body part moves, and in which direction, but not over the strength of which it moves. While in the illusion, anything which happens to a part of the victim will be felt in the victim's mind, meaning if the detached arm becomes cut, the target will feel the illusionary cut despite it being however far away it appears to be. The user can also control how the target's body moves within the illusion with hand gestures, though the target's will can overpower the user's intentions (ie. if the target tries to move their arm left while the user tries to move their arm right, it will move left). When the user moves the target's detatched body parts, they are able to do so with precision, unlike the target themselves.
In the real world, this technique has taken away the target's fine motor skills, making any physical movement they make within the genjutsu translate to the real world as a large gesture, such as trying to reach up to scratch one's head turning into driving one's arm upwards as hard as they can and then moving back and forth in an exaggerated "scratching" motion. In addition to their hand-eye coordination being completely taken away from the victim (as they see their limbs being severed and separated, when in the real world they are very much still attached), the loss of fine motor skills makes it very difficult for the target to perform tasks such as reaching into a weapons pouch to grab a kunai, or clapping their hands together to form Kai in order to break the technique.

X-Declined-X Shambles exist, though the workings of the techniques are different. Remove the similarities and change name etc. And briefly mention that the techniques efficiency varies from user to user. For example, when tsunade used Body Pathway derangment over kabuto. Despite a complete disorder it took kabuto a few moments to readjust to his newer senses. Even if you dont mention this, it is a fact still applicable in RP. Its better to make things clear preventing any confusion.

Meerkat Anatomy and Appearance
The Meerkat is a small sized mammal that has a long and slender body with a long and light but black-tipped tail that can almost double the animal's total length. Meerkats are sandy to light brown in colour with eight darker stripes on their back, markings on their sides (which are unique to the individual) and a lighter face and underside. They have elongated muzzles with a black nose and dark coloured bands around their eyes. Meerkats have long, sharp claws on their front paws that are curved and can grow up to 2cm long and help them to both dig their burrows and to find small animals that are buried beneath the soft sand. Nijigasumi's camaflouge
When Nijigasumi is drenched with raiton chakra, it is able to create limitless amounts of light. When Nijigasumi shines, it melds with all other light. When he releases it, he can use that light to take control of shadows and attack his opponent with them. Nijigasumi’s ability also allows it to manipulate light for other various effects, such as Invisibility: Ability to make The user invisible to the naked eye, by surrounding him with light and still allowing hm to move unnoticed by the naked eye, although doujutsu and sensory shinobi will be able to follow the user.

Blinding Light: the user unleash a bright lightning flash off the blad the Ability to create a large area of light around opponents, disrupting their visual perceptions, causing confusion and decreasing their chance to fight back against attack. This ability does not do any physical damage to the enemy it is strictly a blinding light.

Blade of Light: Dissolves his actual blade and replaces it with a blade made of pure light. If the blade is broken, it can completely cover it to allow the battle to continue. He can also create blades of light separate from his sword, using them as lightning blade projectiles to fire at his enemies only firing three at a time. This ability does physical damage to the enemy.

Saigyoku Nijigasumi (Swallowing Orb of Rainbow Mist)
Ability: the user creates multiple twinkling light orbs of lightnng out from his blade which get attract to an enemy's chakra drawing the orbs around the enemy growing the orbs into one huge sphere, which engulfs everything within a significant radius. Anyone within that radius will potentially get caught in it. Immediately following that, the sphere collapses in on itself, using the compressed light to crush everything within it. High level wind is a counter to break out of this attack. This ability does extreme damage if the user manages to engulf the enemy into the orbs which turn into a sphere.

The person trapped in the technique is able to use water or earth techniques to escape from the orb.

Once that has been done, the user will then begin strumming their left arm, causing the ring of lightning to release the 20 lightning arrows towards the opponent. On impact the arrows will cause small electric explosions.

Description: A silver ring with a rectangular black onyx stone. There are 2 "fleur de lis" patterns, left and right of the stone. There are many dark rumors about this ring, and how it came into this world, and all involve human sacrifices and death of innocents. The ring has had many names across the ages, including "Azura's star", "Black star", "the Resurrection Stone" and "Charon's ring". It's most recent name is "Ring of the Shinigami", although any actual connection with the said entity is nothing more than a rumor. The ring itself has the ability to seal an individual's soul inside it, after the said individual has recently died. To do so, the user must place the stone on the thorax of the victim. The ring will then absorb the consciousness of the deceased, in the form of a chakra image, made from the chakra nature the victim was most specialized in. The soul of the victim is bound to swear eternal obedience to the bearer of the ring.The user can then summon the ghost of the victim to make it poses an item, to move it around according to the user's will.
-Can only store up to 3 souls at any given time.
-A soul can only be obtained in an official fight, after a sensei verifies the death of the opponent.
-Can only absorb one KG soul. The restrictions for the KG absorbed are the same as the Kakuzu hearts.
-When possessing a weapon, the weapon itself must be destroyed, to destroy the ghost. If the ghost is destroyed, the soul goes back in the ring, and cannot be summoned for 3 turns, till it recovers it's lost chakra.
-A possessed weapon has B-rank chakra of the element the soul is made of around it. The ghost can only be seen when it endears the weapon.
-Infusing a soul to a weapon uses chakra from the user (20 per soul), and is counted within one of the user's 3 moves.
-A possessed weapon can unleash any non-custom jutsu the original bio could use, that does not require hand seals. This is counted in the user's 3 moves, and uses the user's chakra, as the ghosts cannot regenerate their chakra, and use that of their owner.

Description:
The user can wear a maximum of three of these rings, they can go on any finger on the hand. These Rings have their own power source of Raw Chakra, but because of this only have a limited amount of uses and cannot be recharged (Given Chakra By User) whilst in battle only before or after in their spar time (If in a war it has to end before being able to recharge rings). The rings are plain grey with some patterns or decals on them.

Each Ring has four uses that are used to make a blue shield that can range to be as large as the user, but not any bigger. The shields can be used for all manners of things :

Personal Shield
The Rings can make simple instant shields that can protect the user by them holding out their ringed hand and making the shield in front of them directly from the ring or wherever they point it. Shield breaks after enough damage is taken. These shields can also be used if the user is falling, they make the shield appears facing and hitting the ground they're about to fall on to push them back off it.

Weapon Shield
You are able to make a shield around one of your weapons, this decreases piercing damage but massively increases impact damage. If the weapon with the shield around it's blade is slammed onto the ground, it will cause the ground to break and send small rocks flying. Also the weapon is able to easily overcome ordinary weapons and has the ability to block small, weak, projectile techniques.

Octopus Shield
The Final type of shield that can be made is the octopus shield, though this is different and takes up all the power from one ring (all four uses). The shield is a transparent blue dome which the user is in, the surface of the dome has four tentacles coming off it, though these tentacles can only stretch short range they are powerful enough to hit the opponent away from the dome and block any projectiles before reaching the main dome.

~Declined~ You do realize that you just made a CW with no drawbacks nor limits on it's usage at all? so this can defend you from anything, i was about to DNR honestly, because it's ridiculous but i'll give you one more go to make it reasonable.
