It came through developement just like if Itachi would have took Sasuke's eye Sasuke didnt have MS either, the only person that we know that took somebody else's eyes that were capable of MS is Marada

The most logical explanation is that to negate the effects of the MS, you need to transplant another sharingan in you're eye and Kakashi already did that, het got the eye from Obito.

Yep, it isn't Kakashi's original eye, he lost it remember? and Obito gave him his before his death.. So I guess he doesn't have the blindness effects.

Yes he is. And I, the mighty Fedor, know why!
Do you remember the talk between him and Itachi?

"How far has your eyeseight deteriorated" - Kakashi asked Itachi
How else could he get to know that MS is actually affecting the eyesight?
Itachi was surprised by the question because he knew that only those who achieved the mangekyo know about it's drawbacks.

Yes he is getting blind. U can c that when he is fighting Deidara.
He was not getting blind, he was getting exhausted. A normal Sharingan uses a lot of his chakra, the MS uses even more chakra. He never had problems with his eyesight in his battle with Deidara, his energy just got drained very rapidly.

I would say that kakashi could make a research about the sharingan,he has it for a lond time indeed, but maybe its true and he is going blind...
But he seems to have a good eyesight even with his sharingan eye...

Lol
He has it like
A couple months or something
Itachi had it WAY WAY longer
And used it way longer and way more
Kakashi uses it only when he needs to
Eventually he will suffer a bit from it

A person with MS doesn't require the victims eye to be Mangekyou in order to achieve EMS, it just has to be a second sharingan to negate the decay of sight.
Although, evidently you won't get EMS if you only have normal sharingan and obtain another pair of eyes from someone who has MS.

Anyway, Kakashi will inevitably go blind unless he obtains another sharingan (Itachi didn't 'transplant' his eyes into Sasuke, he just transfered his powers and it had the same effect). It could be that Kishimoto put some deeper unrevealed effect from transplanting the Sharingan.. Also, Kakashi lose significantly more chakra from using his Sharingan whilst Itachi (an uchiha) and probably any other uchiha with a fully mature Sharingan, can keep it up almost constantly.
