Strong points
Ways i would combo with this technique would either paralyze my opponent with temp body paralysis, then i would proceed with this technique, so just in-case they get out my first technique, once they go to counter the rain would have already started to fall upon them. As they are now glues, i would take the rains conductivity aspect into action by using a high ranked lightning, or one that has enough power to kill. I would use False Darkness because its extremely fast and i can make the spear slit into several different spears, allowing me to target the most vital areas.
Ways to counter this technique
Seeing as the rain would start to fall, i would try my best to blow away the clouds with a wind technique that falls from the sky, pushing away the clouds and attacking my opponent at the same time. Lets say i avoid the rain technique, but the sticky rain is on the floor and i get caught in it. I would still be ok because its only my legs are glues. I can create a large golem that will be able to life me out this substance, or i can just assault my opponent until i have enough time to devise a plan to get out of the sticky fluid.
As Jack watches the rain fall around the clones, he quickly sends his chakra into the rain at mid rang, stepping back a little giving him enough room so that he don't get caught in his own technique. Jack then begins to change the way the rain is. He makes it stickier, giving it a little more thickness, giving it glue-like characteristics. All this Glue-like rain then falls upon the clones, sticking them to the ground, making them unable to move as jack derives the finishing blow by an aerial attack.
- - While reading the description of this technique, i really liked the range so i thought it would be a valid advantage or strong point. As most people normally st the terrain to Mid-Range, this technique would be great for further purposes that i will explain later -
- - Because of the range, as i said earlier. Most people would set the range as mid. This would be a great technique to bind/immobilize my opponent, while following up with a very powerful technique, intended to kill my opponent. As they are 'glued' there will only be a few possibilities of ways to escape -
- - Iv'e saved the best point for last imo. I believe the most impressive aspect of this technique is it lasting for two turns. Because this lasts for two turns, if your opponent gets caught, they are screwed. With this also come the advantage that it's rain. This means it can hit several enemies on the battle field. If the user don't pay attention to the radius of where he makes the rain drop, he can get caught him/herself. -
- - For a weak point of this technique, i just hate the fact that you would have to require an already created water source, or use natural rain. If you use natural rain, you would then have to infuse it with your chakra. If you want to create a water source, you would then have to use one of your 3 jutsu slots for that turn, creating a water source.-
- - Another weak point as i said before is the radius of where the rain falls. If the radius is too large any you are in its proximity, you will also get caught in your own technique and this will use to your opponents advantage, leaving you open for an attack-
- - Finally, knowing that its rain, it would most likely come from above, and rain clouds would most likely for. My opponent would most likely blow away the clouds or create some type of protective dome to shield him or she from the rain. -
