Again, this would only be for popular anime/manga/cartoon/comics which have countless threads made for these subjects per week. Now how many series fitting these criteria could have a thread every three months when the new season comes out? From what I'm seeing it would only be Attack on Titan and the new DBZ movie scheduled to come out. That's two stickied threads, not 20.You are not getting it completely. One thread per anime? What about mangas, comics, cartoons etc.? Do you have any idea how many there are of those? Having 20 stickied threads goes against the purpose of sticking them in the first place. As I said people can just make themselves such official threads, I'm even willing to disregard the one month rule for such threads. But it remains a fact that most people can't follow nor maintain such a structure, which is the reason I never did it myself even though I thought about it a long time ago.
How is this any different from you stickying all the Korra episode discussions? Apart from the fact that you also enjoyed the show and liked to discuss it. It's far less frequent and you don't even have to make the thread, someone else can do it and it can get stickied. That takes what, 10 seconds, if that to do the moderator side of things...
It's like, instead of having five different members make five different threads, there's one thread which is stickied and used to discuss the series at hand. What do you mean by the discussion being ineffective in multiple thread? As in, it would be more effective if concentrated in one? How?
And, how does making many threads about this affect it all?
I'm not quite clear on what you mean here, could you please explain?
If anything and I'm sorry for derailing this suggestion from the original idea, but this should be done for a recommendation thread.
