Does Sasuke deserve punishment for his crimes?

When he said he killed Danzo,non of hokages even blinked, so that's for that...As for Hachibi ,Killer Bee will forgive him in the end because of Naruto. Other than that I don't see anything bad. Yes he was training with Orochimaru,but Tsunade as hokage didn't mind and still let Naruto and Sakura search for him.
