I don't think we've seen taijutsu from either? Just on assumptions, Zabuza uses his sword easily, Kitsuchi is a big guy, but I can't recall seeing them ever engaged in taijutsu. I'd pick Zabuza just because he was the demon and he didn't always have his sword so he must have been pretty skilled in all forms of combat
