As long as you have finished A-rank then there is no problem. I forgot to ask you that through PM. xD Anyways, on to the jutsu! First off, I want you to channel your chakra around both your left and right hands and then using your fire nature to turn that chakra into flames. After you have turned your chakra into flames I want you to use shape manipulation on the flames surrounding both of your hands to where they resemble two fiery claws. Once you have done this we will move onto the next part.

*I hold out both my hands outward and close my eyes to concentrate. I then, begin by gathering my chakra and channeling it into my left hand and right hand enveloping both hands in chakra. Once I've gathered enough chakra, I move on to the next step. I then, channel my nature type which is fire into both my hands, producing flames that envelop my left and right hand. After establishing that, I use shape manipulation on the flames that cover my hands specifically my finger tips. I extend the flames and make the flames denser similarly to a solid, making them long and giving them the appearance of long, sharp claws made of fire. I open my eyes and maintain control of the form on both hands.*

Now onto the next step. Using those two fiery claws you have made I want you to come at my clone at slash at him five times; however, when you hit him with the fourth slash you will jump up into the air come back down towards him making a X slashing motion with both of your claws.
Watch 0:05-0:14 to see what it looks like and how it is performed. I know in the video the person is only using one hand, but mine is with two making it twice as deadly.

Once you clone is within range, I deliver a horizontal slash using my right hand onto his stomach, an upward slash using my left hand onto his chin ,launching him upward into the air. Using that momentum, I perform a reverse spin and turn my wrist in my right hand to face the same direction as my left hand, to deliver another horizontal slash and then, bringing in my left hand to slash your clone downward diagonally. I then, jump into the air and cross my arms while, tucking my head in ready to attack. I finish up, by dropping down onto your clone and deliver a downward X-shaped slash using both hands, causing him to disperse upon impact and releases an intense flame which levels the ground. Not bad. Now as you know your opponent will be running around, jumping, flying, swimming, and all that other crazy crap throughout the battle when you are trying to use this jutsu(unlike my clone), so because of this I want you to tell me how would you go about keeping your opponent still or better yet distracted so you can form this jutsu and use it on them? Basically tell me what combination of moves would be best to use this move with to make sure you actually land the hit. Also, tell me how would you go about defending yourself against this jutsu if it were to ever be used against you by your opponent who is using the same combination of moves to make sure this move hits you. Feel free to give other ways of how one might use this jutsu against you as well and tell me how you would defend against it, or other combinations you would use with this jutsu to make sure it hits your target.
Again try to give me some good detailed answers.

hmmm....Well I would use first Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar to blind them and them use the Inuzuka's four-legged technique to grant me high-speed movement. So, while they are blinded, I'll move in quickly while, having my hands enveloped in the fire claws and finish them off. But, I don't know this tech yet so, I'm using flash bombs to compensate for the moment. To defend, as an Inuzuka I have my other senses to aid me. My sense of smell and hearing if by chance I'm blinded and using my reflexes to evade each strike and using the four-legged technique would greatly enhance my senses and movements. Another tactic, I would use a smoke bomb to conceal my movements and make use of a shadow clone making the enemy think that's the real me and keep them occupied. While I use Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique to hide before the smoke clears and carry out an ambush from behind on the target with the claws. How to counter this...With sensory or using my Inuzuka abilities to detect them and use quick reflexes to evade the slashes. If I was forced to block, I would use the same technique to clash or a kenjutsu technique of equal power. I can think of a few other ways but, I'd rather not reveal all of it.
Though blinding your opponent would be effective indeed but they would still have their hearing, so they could still tell where you are coming from and defend. Me personally, I would go with using Genjutsu that affects my opponents, vision along with his hearing, smell, taste, ect. Or maybe a binding Genjutsu or even have my shadow clone use Killing Intent on my opponent as I go in for the attack. Still the answers you have put down are nice. ^^

The Fire also forms wings giving the ability for the user to manipulate the tool to flutter in any direction they like and when in position the user will make the fire explode and send the Kunai in a desired direction or simply disperse the fire so it drops. This can be used with explosive tagged kunai as long as they are attached with a metallic string to the kunai so it isn't affected by the fire around it nor the string - when the fire explodes however the tag will too making a larger explosion.
