While trying to find a way to defeat the Ten Tails he came to understand the truth of Chakra.... Becoming a jin is basically sealing the Tailed Beasts "Chakra" So it was essential that he already knew what Chakra is and that's also when he developed Ninjutsu.... Again it's said that Rinnegan brought forward all ninjutsu.... Many people might interpret it like because The Sage had Rinnegan he could understand and develop Ninjutsu.... But I think the correct interpretation is that Rinnegan helped him master all Chakra Types in a short period of time thereby helping him develop thousands of Jutsus....That's why Rinnegan is said to bring forth all ninjutsu....

1. Rinnegan has nothing to do with the Juubi unless proven.

Hashirama ask Mito because her Uzumaki body is obviously stronger, otherwise a gentleman wouldn't risk his wife.
Kushina was chosen, not a senju to host kurama for obvious reasons.
Also are you saying gyuuki is comparable to Kyuubi in terms of sheer amount of chakra? 1/2 kurama chakra is already a stronger biju mode than gyuki.
Which clan do you think has the strongest sealing techs? Obviously the Uzumakis, and the SO6P needs a strong sealing tech and sturdy body to host the Juubi.
