Before reaching the clone i manipulate the lighting again and send it up in the air. This shocks you again which gives me the opening for a last technique.

For my last attack I start to channel my chakra around and manipulate it into a fire chakra. I channel it around my stomach and heat up my chakra intensely. I send my chakra up through my throat and blow a huge gust of flames. The flames come straight at you with a direct hit. This finished you off.

It depends on the type of wind. If it's just stormy weather, then no. But, if the wind is infused with chakra, then yes, it'll affect the technique in a bad way.

@Red: Yes, the pillars are earth based. Meaning, they can also be cut down with sharp wind, or broken with a powerful earth technique. Even though the technique is lightning, the pillars are just earth.

Focus your chakra, and then release a wave of electricity from your hands, that will electrocute a water technique already released by yourself. Since you do not know any water techniques, aim it at the small puddle over here.
