it is yin chakra, or dose no one how the RDS works? he seal the yin chakra in himself, and then gave himself as payment to the death god if not a nine tails woulda popped out.

Using the forbidden RDS was recklace he could have defeated the kyubii. because bijuus can be defeated relatively easily how else can you explain that the akatsuki collects 7 of them

no or in case you forgot, half the akasuki were defeated via talk no jutsu, and plot no jutsu. also keep in mind everyone in the group was a s-ranked criminal EVERYWHERE. he they were in everyone bingo book. not that they were in akatsuki but just there crimes. also in mind they are either jonin (as the weakest) and mid levels members are kage level or greater, with top tier members mistaking themselves as gods.

i admit minato wasnt the best of hokages and with decision to give naruto the nine tails this was because he forsore the ' masked man ' would attack again one day and he believed in his son and that belief has paid off

as for 2 of his students dieing.. that wasnt really his fault kakashi was there at the time and he was a jonin at this point he was fully capable to handle these types of situations.. aswell as having the back up of a medical nin and obito... they were just unlucky

i agree that minato had the most unsuccesful and shortest reign as hokage but thats not something you can always help :/

i dont think his gift is the other half of the nine tails either ... btw can you find me the manga scan where it actually sais that the yin half of the kyuubi was sealed.. i cant seem to find it and as far as i know it sais nothing about that all i saw was half of the kyuubis normal chakra sealed... in which case that chakra would have regenerated by now

wrong, sasuke still killed the (atm) hokage. plus pissed alot of people off, and for most of the series lived in hate. and itachi himself (at his last living moment as an edo) thought he was a fail, plus lets not even get into how he couldnt protect his best friend suisui.

kage level ninja in konoha, minato hiruzen and danzo, and all anbu black ops are elites btw. and the akatsuki still captured 7 beast you most of which were 2 on 1 battles it could have been done

You must have seen the recent fight between bijus where nine tails single handed other bijus...!!(There was nt much 8tails did)..!!note that this when minato sealed half of kurama chakra O..o ..!! During the nine tails rampage. Kurama had his whole chakra ..!!! as far as aktsuki are concerned they sent pain to collect 9tails PAIN .. !!! Only hand full of people can handle 9 tails ..!!! And if you see whole tobi arc when he attacked konoha ..!! You will see minato had to save naruto and his wife ...!! There was very less time for him to get offensive ...!!! And minato couldn't sensed tobi cause. Of his travelling way teleportation..!!! But he did beat the crap out him and managed to get 9 tails out of his control
