"Now, I would like to to focus your chakra into your tattoo and form a small eel that will unknowingly be releases from your leg. This Technique is different then the others because at the same time you will need to form a mass of Eels that will take the form of you. Much like a Shadow Clone. This "Eel Clone" will take your place as your being hides within the small eel released from your foot.. This is a useful Jutsu to escape or trick your opponent in order to gain the edge. however it seems as though Doujutsu and Chakra Sensors are able to see through this Technique.." Once Hei finishes his sentence he burst into random Eels as the Real Hei rises out of the water behind you from a small eel.. "See, you didn't even realize that I used the Jutsu."

*Focusing my chakra into my Eel Tattoo, I release a miniscule eel from my leg which immediately propels itself deep into the water below. Simultaneously, I cause the replace myself with a massive of eels who take on my appearance, much like a shadow clone would do. In reality, I'm inside the small Eel I released earlier who once reaches a position directly behind you spews my body from its mouth, though not as skillfully as done by Hei*

(Unagi Senpuku-Fuu) Eel Hiding Method

Description: The user will replace themselves with Eels as an small Eel swims with grate speed deep into long range under the water. The Eel will then release the user out if it's mouth as the other Eels acting as the user on the surface distracts the opponent. This method is similar to the way Jiraiya travels in small toads. Doujutsu and Sensory abilities can see through this method.
Note:
-Can only be use twice per battle
-Requires a water source
-Must sign Eel contract

Now, this next one is kinda gross but I think its right up your ally... You will need to focus your chakra into your thought and release a large mass of Eels into a water source. This mass will form into a wave of Eels that will rise up and rush towards the target attacking and dragging them into the bottom of the water where you can further attack an enemy. Hei then shows you what the jutsu looks like by releasing a mass of Eels that forms a wave and attacks a small boat of fishermen and takes them to the deeps below... Now you try on thous kids swimming over there.

*Envisioning a relatively large amount of Eels emerging from my mouth, Toad attempts to replicate this mental image in reality. On successfully doing so, the Eels dive deep into the water below and move towards the kids with a notable level of speed. The eels then ensnare them by wrapping around their respective bodies before dragging into depths of the murky water source beneath them.*

Okay this next one will require you to summon a special type of Eel known as a "Growth Eel". These are useful as surprise attacks. You can release one of these Eels small and it will then grow big to attack. For example. Hei then flings his arm to the side releasing a small eel that then grows big.. Now, you give it a try..

Nicely done. Now there is another type of Eel that you will need to know about. this is the "Split Eel" a Split Eel is able to split itself to extreme numbers for attack. I know that sounds crazy but it gets even more crazy, because there are a mix of Eels. For example, "Growth/Split" Eels. These are Eels that are capable of using both techniques.. Now Lets try this again with the Mix Eel.. Hei flings his are to the side and releases a small Eel that quickly grows Big. this Eel then smashes a Clone deep under water where it bursts into countless other Eels that all attack in a feeding frenzy. now you try.

Nicely Done. Okay so we've talked about different types of Eels, one of the most well known type is the Electric Eel. In this next Jutsu you will need to release and Electric Eel from your sleeve and have it wrap and bind an opponent, there the Eel will release a powerful surge of Electricity that will violently shock the opponent without dealing any damage upon yourself. This Eel is able to be released or stay connected to you..

Okay, now this next Jutsu is a type of Summoning Technique, But unlike normal summons of the contract, you will summon a mass of Eels under the opponent that quickly form a Whirlpool that will suck the opponent down into the water. after they will converge on the opponent and feast on his flash.. give it a try.

*Concentrating my chakra into my Eel Tattoo, I attempt to summon a mass of eels underneath my clone to form into a whirlpool-like formation. The attack itself begins sucking my clone in into the center of the whirplpool before all of the eels converge on him in a admirably vicious feeding frenzy which tears countless chunks of flesh as time passes.*

Now, This Next Jutsu is another type of summoning. Like before, you will summon an Split Eel. This Eel will need to be large enough to swallow you whole with ease. Once the Eel Swallows you, it will disperse into countless smaller Eels that will cover a water source. You can then exit any of the smaller Eels at your desired location and have the remaining Eels attack your opponent. Keep in Mind, Just like the Eel Hiding Method. Doujutsu and Sensors will be able to know your location. I will show you an example on how this works..

Hei quickly Slams his hands together summoning an Eel that erupts from the water under him with it's mouth wide open. This Eel swallows Hei with ease as it disperses into hundreds of smaller Eels that swim in a swarm that covers a Long Range area around the battlefield. Hei then emerges Long Range behind you out of a small Eel. The remaining Eels converge on your location to attack in a Feeding frenzy, however just before they reach you they Poof. Hei then walks back to your location

You see this can be used to both Evade/Escape and opponent and attack at the same time.

Indeed, Now, this next Jutsu uses an Electric Eel. It's small in size about 9'' Long but can be shot from your mouth at very fast speed. It can also be shot into a water source where it can swim at fast speed as well. This small yet powerful Electric Eel has the ability to explode with grate electric force releasing a blast of S-ranked Raiton. It will only do so once it is in short range of it's target. Be careful though, if you use this Eel close by your target you will be hit with the Blast. This will not deal the full force to you though. as the Eel Tattoo provides some resistance to your own Eels. In the case that you do get hit by this attack from using the Jutsu close range from your opponent. It will be near impossable for your opponent to dodge and your opponent will take major shock damage while you will only take minor shock damage.

Hei looks to the side at a large rock and releases the Eel from his mouth. This Eel is shot at high speed to the rock. Once the Eel reaches short range of the rock is explodes with S-ranked Electrical force blasting the rock into dust.

Description: The user will open their mouth shooting a small Eel at the opponent with great speed, one the Eel is within short range of the Opponent it will exspload with great electrical force shocking the opponent. if the user is over a watersorce they can shoot the Eel in the water, so the Eel can sneak up on the opponent, delivering the blast unexpectedly. If the User is in the blast radius, they will take 20 damage.
