Description: Raiunagi Ta Jashu is a Ninjutsu technique that manifests a torrent of electric Eels, which extend from the sleeves. The ninja can extend these Eels to attack a target. These Eels are able to release electric pulses into the targets body while making contact with the target effectively paralyzing them further binding the opponent.
Note:
-Eels have no other use than to bind/paralyze the opponent. These are standard eels, not special ones.
-Can only be used three times per battle
-Must be able to summon Eels

Much like before, Toad focuses his chakra into his eel tattoo while imagining several eels extending from out of his sleeve. The eels reach out from inside of his clothing, bite into a nearby tree and discharge a powerful jolt of electricity into it in order to burn it into a crisp.

Much like before, Toad focuses his chakra into his eel tattoo while imagining several eels extending from out of his sleeve. The eels reach out from inside of his clothing, bite into a nearby tree and discharge a powerful jolt of electricity into it in order to burn it into a crisp.

How was that Hei?

"Very good, You mastered that jutsu well." Hei says as he walks out into the water. "It's important to remember that this technique doesn't electrify the water, as the Eels release the jolts though contact, directly into the target." Hei then proceeds to walk into the center of the water. "Now, this next jutsu is rather simple from our end, and will use Electric Eels in a unique fashion. First you much focus your chakra manifesting an Eel from your mouth or sleeve, which ever is most helpful in battle. Then you will proceed o shoot it into the waters below and leave the rest to the Eel. The Eel you bring forth is unique as It will spawn more Eels from it's mouth and then the new ones will continue to do the same until a large swarm is formed. This swarm will then attack a target and electrocute them in an all out feeding frenzy. Right after releasing the Eel, you are able to attack/evade/flee an opponent if needed as you will no longer need to focus on the technique as the eels attack on their own." Hei then proceeds to shoot an eel into the water though his sleeve, this eel then swims up to Toad. "Get a feel for this types chakra and proceed to use the Jutsu."

Description: The user will release a small Eel from their sleeve or mouth and shoot it into a water source. This Eel will open it's mouth once inside the source and release more Eels which then proceed to do the same quickly forming a swarm that close in on the targets location. This Swarm then begins attacking the target in a feeding frenzy as they release small jolts of electricity, numbing the target in the process.

Toad focuses his chakra into his eel tattoo once more before releasing an eel from his mouth into the water below. That eel releases more eels from its own mouth and they repeat the process until a massive swarm is evolved. The swarm rush towards Toad's clones, engage him a furious feeding frenzy and electrocute him while doing so.

"Nicely Done, Until Next time." Hei says as he throws down a smoke bomb, concealing his presence as he runs behind a near by rock to give the illusion of vanishing. However once the smoke clears the ripples from his foot steps can be seen flowing though the water creating a path to his location. He's totally going to be freaking out." Hei thinks to himself.
