MS Obito in Madara's place against Hashirama

Madara controlled and used Kyubi to be competitive against Hashirama, same feat Obito was already capable of since he was young. Obito also has the advantage to have Senju DNA which give him great durability and stamina, perfect Izanagi, also offers him a great boost in his MS techniques and some Mokuton and regenerative skills. His MS technique is really hax, it makes him pretty much untouchable. On the other hand Hashirama has large and powerful Boudha techniques.

So basically we have MS Obito with Kyubi fighting Hashirama. Do you think that MS Obito could have accomplish what Madara was incapable to do?(defeat Hashirama)

Maybe but you forget some capacities Obito possess. His Kamui can also warp things back from other dimension with incredible speed making it difficult to dodge, he can create combo attacks with his vortex like he did with his fire technique for example. Imagine TBB-Kamui combo. With the speed and the unexpected direction of the attack, it should be difficult to counter. Obito also has Perfect Izanagi and if he warps Hashirama, it's also over

I don't think obito can defeat hashi because obito must be tangible to absorb someone so if hashirama was able to find out obito's ability he could just spam wood around his body making it imposible for obito to touch him without being seriosly hurt or killed

no obito almost lost to konan and was scare of itachi and wouldn't go near danzo without sasuke. I'm sure the first hokage wouldn't care who danzo had around him. obito would put up a good fight but lose in the end

The big diffeence is Madara's Perfect Susanoo here. Without Susanoo, Hashirama does not even need to use 10k Hand Buddha Statue. By using just wood dragon and contract seal, Hashirama can control Kurama.
Obito can not defeat Hashirama without Kurama and Perfect Susanoo.

You need a s/t technique to beat Obito. If you don't have that you cannot defeat him. End of story. Hashirama doesn't have speed feats. He would lose against Obito. Power means nothing if you can't hit your target.

Outsmarted so many times? It's not as if Hashirama was Minato in terms of analytic skills or intelligence, is he? It's not as if Hashirama has full knowledge with years of prep time, has he? Concerning Danzo's bodyguards they did nothing at all. Obito lost his arm intentionally

Hmmm I think Obito's kamui is over hyped...Don't get me wrong,it's an OP technique but there are ways to counter it...
Hashi can use wood clones and make the same thing Naruto-Kakashi did.Distract Obito to suck the clone and then get him from the other side.
I believe Hashirama is smart enough to figure it out.
Plus Madara had PS to protect Kurama and make him more durable,Obito doesn't have such a feat.He can only use Izanagi once...
His mokuton is weaker than Hashi's for sure...
I believe Hashi>Obito.
