Wait I agree with you on everything but one thing. Kakashi cannot get KCM, atleast not unless he is a jinchuriki. In the manga Naruto is shown giving people chakra but that is alot different from KCM, in that case he is merely giving them Kyubi Chakra much like Dan gave Tsunade Chakra.

But on top of that KCM is a Jinchuriki transformation, it has to deal with the mutual control of chakra between the jin and the bijuu, a jin giving someone else some bijuu chakra doesnt/shouldnt trigger KCM. So again in this case I dont think Kakashi can achieve KCM without becoming a jin.

Other than that I ofcourse agree with you completely, heck kakashi's intellegence alone is enough to deal with Sasuke, one has to survive 1000+ battles in order to copy 1000+ jutsu.

you made valid points even though the thread is childish. alas it is amusing so i will give my version of the answer.

first of all let's asses sasuke. i hate sasuke so it's hard to be objective about him but here it goes.
the kid is strong because, first he got some good eyes and that means he can take on a 100 cannon fodder ninja without even breaking a sweat. he has an almost ultimate defense. he got some of those one shot one kill techniques. got little to no brain. actually sorry he had some brains before he went all berserk for itachi and then konoha. he lost that advantage when he became a revenge person. he is making progress at the moment. also he is fast, low on chakra, has medium strength, good kunai use.

now let's assess the regular kakashi in that viewpoint.

he has a sharingan. good at using it. sasuke is not as good as itachi in genjutsu so the fight will probably be decided in a physical confrontation. so normal sharingan advantages of sasuke does not work on kakashi. also the same goes for sasuke as well. kakashi can also take on 100 cannon fodder ninja but he will break a lot of sweat. so he loses at this end. he also got some one shit one kill moves but they are limited because he literally has no chakra. sasuke wins. kakashi also has literally no defense. but said to be smarter than sasuke.

he is also said to be on par with shikamaru strategically but we ve never seen him in a position like that. i think he is nowhere near shikamaru but he is a very sneaky bastard so he is a stealthy guy. but one on one in the open he holds no advantage over sasuke. maybe better judgment.

we also seen him die once. sasuke was nearly killed in 3 or more occasions too. so they are both not very bright.

and a normal fight with kakashi being unable to get sneaky against sasuke means kakashi will most certainly die.
but with kyubi chakra he ll probably sank sasuke. because sasuke is an idiot(altho he is evolving os im not sure)

lmao, fan talks. sasuke is still too weak with the ems of his. sasuke will have a hard time against normal kakashi with his newly enhanced kamui and if he has the chakra he has always lacked, sasuke is not a match for him. wait, wat will sasuke use to beat kakashi, his amaterasu and arrow will be taken into the kamui dimension. infact kakashi will use kamui to transport his whole susano away.
normal Kakashi is smarter, more experienced and has more jutsu than sasuke. with kyuubi cloak, he'll be faster, more versatile and far stronger.
Besides to the sasuke fanboys.......there are hell lot of characters that can beat that confused idiot hands down. even naruto when fighting is far smarter than sasuke. At least he plans his fights, sasuke is just trial and error and then wins by accident..................lol
