Sasuke is undoubtedly much faster than Kakashi. However, with Kurama's chakra Kakashi can match Sasuke's speed or he may very well surpass Sasuke's speed. It is shown that with Kurama's chakra your speed rapidly ascends and Naruto was at least 3 times as fast as he was in base mode.
We can now safely establish that Kakashi is faster than Sasuke whilst in control of Kurama's chakra.

Sasuke is often shown walking into a trap and only making it out alive at the nick of time (shown whilst fighting Deidara). Kakashi however is far smarter than that, Kakashi often has more than 10 scenario's planned out for a single fight. Remember when Pain threw that nail at Kakashi and he kamui'ed it but pretended to be hurt? That itself needed a sh*t load of concentration as he had already used half of his chakra, didn't have MS activated yet, main objective was to gather intel & he had to protect Chouji at the same time.
Do you think Sasuke could have planned all that out under so much pressure? Sasuke's was shown crapping his pants as soon as Itachi brought out his Susano'o, he was completely vulnerable and he had no plan. If Itachi wanted to kill him Sasuke would have no counter since he used up all his chakra using Kirin, Chidori & Sharingan.
Some people may still argue that Sasuke is smarter but most people will now agree that Kakashi is smarter than Sasuke.

Under normal circumstances Kakashi stands no chance against Kirin, Susano'o jutsu's or Amaterasu but keep in mind that Kakashi has Kurama's chakra which means he's faster, stronger & has at least 10 times the chakra he usually has.
Counter to Kirin - We can go back to the argument of speed when we are putting Kakashi up against Kirin. We all know Kirin needs a lot of preparation time and even if he managed to prepare it Kakashi could easily avoid it since he's almost as fast as Killer Bee. While Sasuke is preparing Kirin he will obviously have Susano'o up and Kakashi can easily kamui Sasuke and his Susano'o. Many will argue that Kakashi can not kamui something that large but he did warp Hachibi with Kurama's chakra didn't he?
So, we now know that Kirin will be no problem for Kakashi.
Counter to Susano'o - Refer back to Kirin, Kakashi can easily Kamui all the Susano'o arrows Sasuke will spam. Once Sasuke is out of chakra Kakashi will still have enough to Kamui Sasuke. It's really simple if you think about it,
Kamui > Hachibi, Hachibi > Susano'o in terms of chakra so Kakashi will have no trouble against something so fodder compared to the 8 tails.
Counter to Amaterasu - Most people think this is an impossible feat but Amaterasu can only burn what it can set it's sights on, Kakashi is just too fast to be affected by Amaterasu and even if he comes skin close to it he can Kamui it.

I know my whole argument depends on Kamui but in all seriousness, does Kakashi need anything more? If you read all of it you'll understand that KCM Kakashi > EMS Sasuke
