Description: After performing one handseal, the user is able to run a current through a water source in the field (up to Mid-Range), either a passive water source or an enemy water source up to S rank. This current will force the water to separate into two different ions, hydrogen ions (H+) and hydroxide ions (HO-). While unstable by themselves, the lightning will force them to remain separate. The first will act as a powerful acid and the second will act as a powerful base. The user can then preform a second handseal, running water chakra through both substances, blasting them towards an opponent. The user is able to shoot them to different opponents and even separate each substance into several bullets. The water chakra allows for one single push, the user can't change directions or divide the substances after they have been given motion.
Likewise, the user can perform the water handseal first, materializing a large blast of water, which will then be divided by the lightning handseal into acid and base and given a different direction (or turn into several bullets to spread the damage output). If both substances collide, they react with eachother and turn to water.

Origin: Parrots are from a secret Rainforest, on top of a remote plateau, called the Altorio Forest.
General Description: Parrots are colourful and majestic birds, with a diverse pallet of colours and a wide range of shapes. They possess strong beaks and claws, and a are beautiful and agile in the air.
Summon General Abilities: The parrots of Altorio are very strong and fast. And average Parrot from Alto Rio is about the same size as a Lion, and is able to carry up to 2 people on their back without loosing any speed. They all can use chakra, though some have acquired unique abilities, such as Elemental Affinity or other Battle related skills. They are very energetic and warm, and speak in a very thick Portuguese accent.
As described in the Monkey Chase Technique, all birds have an innate sense of direction, guiding themselves through the magnetic field of the earth. In the technique, they use that skill and develop it further to use as highly advanced and efficient tracking method. To expand on that, while requiring the actual technique in order to memorize and track electromagnetic signatures across the globe, parrots have a passive ability to sense the signatures around themselves, within a certain limit. This allows them to sense an opponent around the field, or any other source of electromagnetic emission. This however, isn't a perfect or detailed sensing ability such as that of normal Chakra sensing or other sensing abilities. Its much less refined. The higher ranked the parrot, the longer the radius (Varying, roughly, between 50 meters (D ranks) to 1 km (S ranks). Bosses have generally up to 1,5km radius). Exceptions to these will be described in the individual descriptions of each specialized parrot.
Summoning: The person who signs this contract is able to summon parrots from Altorio, and can also be summoned by parrots. In case of an unsuccessfully summoning, or the usage of a very small amount of chakra, the user calls forth a baby chick, without much use in a battle other than being very cute. The canon Summoning Jutsu calls forth common parrots, from average size or smaller, but with no special abilities other then a random small weapon. Using specific amounts of chakra, the user can summon special parrots, with special abilities, all up to the Boss. (Which will be submitted using the official template)

Description: Pit of Waagal is a form of Reverse summoning. While performed similarly to a normal summoning jutsu, retrieving a drop of blood, string 3 handseals and slap both or one hand on the ground, it will instead reverse summon the opponent's into Shoutou, the Archipelago, more specifically a pit known as the "Pit of Wagyl, the Rainbow Serpent". The pit is 15 meters radius wide and 50 meters deep, with water to the brim. It is in the center of the imperial coral palace, and it's the common gathering place for every box, being almost completely filled with venomous cubozoan medusas, so much so, that it is said to be more tentacles than water molecules. Due to them constantly rubbing their tentacles on each other and the stone and coral walls of the pit, the whole water is filled with venom, gaining a poisonous and acidic property, this dissolves the tragic organisms and some of the coral, filling the water with calcium, which forms mineralized shards in the water. While flowing peacefully among the venomous water and sharp shards of calcium, the boxes swim harmlessly in the pit. But as the targets are summoned into it, or sacrificial animals are thrown into it, they disrupt the flow, and the pit deals several superficial wounds from the calcium shard, allowing the venomous and acidic water to seep in, while the multiple boxes strike and infect them further, having the unfortunate souls perish in excruciating agony.
The range of the reverse summoning translates to the dimensions of the pit, with the center being the user of the technique. Likewise, the surface slapped will translate to the surface of the water in the pit (so opponents reversed on top of the ground will appear above the water, and fall down. This means that the technique will have a limit of 15 meters radius around the user, along the ground and above ground, and 50 meters downwards. The user can choose to reverse himself with his/her targets. The user is reversed into a small platform or coral in the middle of the pit, supported by a thin yet strong submerged pillar of stone and coral.
