Before the time skip Naruto's rasengan could've outmatched Sasuke's chidori but after Sasuke actually did some training, I can recall the incident of him being tired from the fight with Danzo and equally matching Naruto's rasengan. When naruto lost a little control of Nine tails trying to retrieve Sasuke, Sasuke was the one to suppress the beast. If it weren't for orochimaru, team kakashi would've been wiped out by Kirin, and the manga would've been called Sasuke, and during a certain flashback of when they were young and Naruto thought if he could beat Sasuke, he'd become popular, I seem to recall Sasuke winning.

Sasuke one shotted Naruto, then he acts like a bitch and runs away. Read all of chapter 538. You're entire post just became invalid. Always stronger? What a load of BS!

Against Haku, Sasuke had to save his ass, against the demon brothers, Naruto cries while Sasuke takes them down. Naruto was jealous of Sasuke all his life, and you dare tell me it was the other way around? Even if it was, it was only for one scene! Yes, he did outperform Sasuke against Gaara, but it ends there. Sasuke quickly takes back the mantle of the strongest at the valley of they end. Sasuke literally spared his life, saying he didn't want to do what Itachi wanted to, though he could have killed Naruto and awaken his MS right there.

Then we have there meeting in Shippuden! Oh you don't know how much I loved this. He owned all of team Yamato, and would have killed them all if Orochimaru and the plot shield cannard you all love to use to bash Sasuke didn't save Naruto's ass! The Sasuke that thought Killer Bee was the weakest Sasuke in shippuden,SM Naruto is far above that level even Zetsu stated that he's stronger than Sasuke.But after he finally mastered the MS Naruto said that he was no match for him he even went as far to say that he may need Kurumah's help.
