In part one sasuke was stronger up until naruto gained gamabunta. Discard that and sasuke was still stronger.

In part two sasuke was always step ahead up until naruto gained KCM.

So sasuke holds larger timeline of being ahead of naruto. Ur just trolling around

You COULD argue that Naruto > Sasuke was after he obtained Sage Mode. But Sage Mode and KCM were just about the same time. The only event that happened in between was the Kage summit.
