I'm sorry but Naruto was not always stronger than Sasuke, or else Naruto would never have wanted to become stronger than Sasuke if he was already stronger. I believe there was a point in the manga's time where Naruto was actually considered the worst ninja of his generation, whereas Sasuke was the best. I'm am a Sasuke fan but I always had speculations that Naruto would eventually become stronger considering the entire manga is called "Naruto" and not "Sasuke".
