Did you forget i said keep producing water shield? Also he wont stay in one place he would use the water to cover his real location.
Also a more effective way is that he could use mist to hide his position. A lot of water users are able to create this so I can see Tobirama using it since he is the strongest water release shinobi.
Since Tobirama is an excellent sensor, he can pinpoint the location of kakashi easily within the mist and sneak attack him or set up his FTG seals.
You are forgetting that Tobirama is no slouch either in terms of skills and abilities. Besides being the strongest water user to have lived, he has FTG which is still way faster than Kamui, Edo Tensei to help him fight and provide distraction, Proficient in using sword, and have limitless chakra. If you call that below Kakashi, then you are either underestimating tobirama or overestimating kakashi.
Also Tsunade will lose just because of Kamui, like most character would. But without Kamui, she can beat Kakashi since she is basically immortal because of mitotic regeneration rendering all of Kakashis' attack useless to her.
By all means I'm not hating Kakashi, but he is not the strongest character in naruto, there are plenty others. Also he doesn't need to be the strongest since he is already a very awesome character and an important teacher to naruto.

this your opinion and i respect it but kakashi can copy jutsu since he has sharingan and good water
kakashi can beat tusondae without kamui as he can use raiki or light chain,sharingan's ginjutsu to split it into two

That is just your theory. According to the manga he has a space/time ninjutsu similar to Minato. Based on what we have seen last chapter and the similarity to the naming, it is Flying Thunder God just with a slash.

Nope Kakashi can't because only tobirama could produce water by using moisture in the air and use water attacks instantaneously with just 1 hand seal. According to the manga he is the only one able to do it so he both can't copy it or 1 hand seal would be too fast to execute.
Kakashi would need a water source to copy his water based attacks. Besides he will only be able to copy attacks not overpower it, so how many times do you think he can copy before he runs out of juice.
Also Kakashi can't do anything in the mist, while Tobirama can take advantage.

surely a man who has dealt with sharingan since child hood is already aware of it's copying skills, not downing kakashi, but he does that using the sharingan, tobirama fought with izuna, who was a true MS user and landed a death blow. I don't see kakashi rerouting his jutsu back at him anytime soon.

You can't say that Kakashi's suiton is on the level of Tobirama's, now can you?
What we've seen from Kakashi was him on a lake. A weakened Tobirama far from any water source countered a Kage-level katon from Hiruzen; in fact his weakened suiton without a water source as well as Hiruzen's katon and Hashirama's weakened mokuton were all stated to be Kage-level...

Tobirama's suiton would simply overpower Kakashi's suiton.

Most water users are able to create mist. I don't see why the strongest can't create mist.
You think the amount of water he could create from his mouth, would amount the same from how much water Tobirama could create out of thin air?
Point is, Kakashi can't copy all of Tobiramas water attacks, and is not comparable in strength either.
