come on kakashi is a fodder when he fights stronger ninjas.
look at kakashi vs pain fight. He couldn't even solo deva path. His kamui is only good at to defend himself.
similarly He cant win against a good sharingan user because He is a noob to genjutsu.
His chakra level is low and due to sharingan the chakra exhaust quiet quickly.
similarly he cant spam Kamui as u say so because other ninja can just dodze or run quick or simply use substitution jutsu or shadow clone .
other ninjas can simply throw kunai or big object on the path like Rashmod gates, or earth jutsu or simply few kunais to block the kamui wave.
He lacks brute force and quick speed so he is also weak in that term
and his 1000 jutsu are all useless except his raikiri. but he wont be able to land any hit on his opponents and manga is fact that he hasn't hit any other popular ninjas.

I haven't seen Kakashi attacking any renoned ninjas but only defending his ass. for.eg kakashi vs Itachi, Kakashi vs Pain, Kakashi vs Orochimaru , Kakashi vs Sasuke and the list goes on. Honestly I do believe that kakashi has a chance to be in the top 10 strongest characters in the anime. He is extremely powerful now please people dont underestimate him
