i made this thread because i really saw people consider kakashi in temari,mifuni's level
there are people put hanzu,gin kin,kimimaru above him
there are people put character with no powers yet above him as(izuna)
so i'll show why kakashi is surly top 10
1.kakashi is shinobi with so many skills and jutsus

2.kakashi has kamui which split into great attack and defense
all ranges kamui(change the dimensions of objects)(delete objects):fastest,longest and strongest attack which appear (doesn't move),instant(doesn't take time)no one can counter it ,no defense can defend against it
go to the other dimension : kakashi can go to the other dimension where no attack can reach him even the meteor,jiubi's bomb,giant biju doma,c0...etc(that is nearly perfect defense)
3.kakashi use kamui well now
here he took kuaram chakra for first time

here shikamru's father named the times of kamui which kakashi did with kuaram chakra and manga showed where he took it for the first time

that is jutus which kakashi used before kuarma chakra

so he can use it at least 10 times with full chakra and without using any other jutsu as kakashi used 6 kamui and jutsu cost him nearly 1/2 of his chakra(2 light chain,3raiki,2 shadow clone,earth wall,after his fight with sword men)
4.kakashi is nearly the smartest ninja(smarter than shikamru as naruto said)
5.kakashi is top 10 ginjutsu users,taijutsu users,ninjutsu users
6.kakashi is shinobi can beat current form of jiubi

Kakashi will be in top 10 definitely once he has enough chakra to use all of his techniques multiple times in a long battle without wearing out.

There is no doubt that Kakashi is top 10 material but he always loses his abilities to low chakra levels otherwise there is nothing which could stop Kakashi to join top 10 tier.

Kakashi can't defeat Tobirama since he has FTG, which is faster than Kakashis' Kamui.
Also Tobirama is a senju, which means he could spam water attacks without worrying about losing stamina or chakra. While Kakashi will get exhausted trying to dodge and make any attack land at him.
Sure Kakashi is top 10, but Tobirama is top 5.
