Description: The user becomes an embodiment-like form of the Japanese Water God, Suijin. The user's hair grows slightly and gains a silver sheen with a tint of sea blue in it. Also, the user also gains cerulean-colored wave-like markings on their arms. The user's chakra greatly increases and they are able to do more damage with water techniqes than usual. In this mode, the user also becomes just like water- calm and flowing- and the user is able to move at high speeds and is able to avoid very fast techniques including lightning techniques (not including Kirin). Also, the user begins to gather the water from the surroundings when this technique is used, allowing them to use any water technique without a source and gain the strength of ocean currents-adding 5 damage to taijutsu. This mode, however, puts great strain on the user and causes 10 damage to the user each turn it is active, and it drains 10chakra each turn it is active. In order to use this jutsu, the user must be near a body water or inside mist.
