Even with intel Hidan wins pretty easily. Hidan has that long scythe with all those blades making it hard for Zabuza to dodge, I guess he can distance himself while in the mist but it would still take a while for him to do so by than Hidan would have took his blood and we all know what that means when Hidan gets blood.

Even without intel, Zabuza has good chances. He is a way faster then Hidan, plus he has the Kirigakure no jutsu too.

yes but without intel zabuza would go for a vital spot even if he hit hidan in the mist. And a vital spot doesnt work on hidan clearly all that would do woulg be to give away zabuzas position hidan strikes obtains zabuzas blood and its over ... so no without intel hidan clearly wins.

Nah, Hidan can't see him in the mist. Kakashi needed his dog summons to find him. As I know Hidan isn't a dog...
Zabuza would cut his head off. I don't see why he won't do it.
