Madara does not have Amaterasu or tsukuyomi!

Madara is being Crippled, he def has Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi also he can fully use the Rinnegan, he taught Obito how to use all of the Jutsu plus how to use the Six Paths of Pain tech, He isn't using all of them because that would be far too much for anyone, He can't be beaten as is.
You dont need Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi. All you need for Susannoo is both eyes as MS. Sasuke said "those who control the double mangekyo can awaken it"

So Madara might have some unknown EMS abilities apart from Susannoo.

To unlock sauusnao you need amaterasu and tsukioymi this has already been confirmed
Both justu make up tsukiyomi
But just because you have those two doesn't mean you will unlock suusanoo

Does statement one contradict or negate statement 2? No! Statement 1 is just more specific. Sasuke saying you need double mangekyo doesnt contradict the databook statement that specifically says you need both amaterasu and tsukiyomi
I'm confident it'll soon be revealed that the requirements for having Susanno'O will be unlocking 2 different abilities in each eye. That would explain why it's so rare, because both of the Uchia we know of that don't have it have the same ability in each eye.
I just don't buy that Madara doesn't want to use it. He flexed much more powerful abilities and much weaker ones. He's fighting a guy who uses trees and he's not going to douse them in unending flames?
This wouldn't be the first time Kishi changed his mind on what he put in the databook. The Manga's plot has evolved and the db is outdated.

I dont think Madara has amaterasu, but he does have tsukiyomi otherwise the whole plan wouldn't be plausible. Itachi stated that susanoo'o was the third power that took root in his eyes...never stating requirements (I guess people cant read). Someone as arrogant as Madara would stand there and amaterasu the whole alliance with his arms folded if possible. I believe the real requirement is to obtain 2 seperate powers.

Itachi only said that it is the third technique, along with Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, not that you need espacially those two.
Did you even read this post? I said that Sasuke doesn't have tsukuyomi, therefore it is not essential for awakening Susannoo.
If he had tsukuyomi, why did he use "Genjutsu: Sharingan" on Itachi during the fight with Kabuto instead of casting the same jutsu as his brother? He had EMS activated:
