Madara does not have Amaterasu or tsukuyomi!

The mangekyo sharingan grants each individual user a different ability, which is not similar to other uchiha's unless they have the same blood as in the case of sasuke and itachi. The only common ability mangekyo sharingan users have is susanoo, which also needs both eyes and so does not allow obito to use it.

It granted obito kamui, sasuke and itachi with Amaterasu and tsukuyomi, shisui with kotoamatsukami( not sure if that's spelled right) and madara may have been given perfect susanoo or maybe another ability. Furthermore, madara has not used Amaterasu so far in his fight with hashirama or the five kages which leads me to believe it and the fact susanoo aside, ms users have not used the same powers unless they were siblings. This is to state that madara does not have Amaterasu or tsukuyomi unless future chapters show otherwise.

Itachi clearly stated, twice by Sasuke; One needs to unlock the Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi, in order to achieve Susanoó.
It's pretty obvious Madara has both techs.
