Heck he would of solved all of Sasukes problems had Tobi not survived an Amaterasu.

OT:He is definitely a genius, but something I dont get is didnt he defeat Orochimaru at age 11? But became ANBU captain by age 13....So was he in Akatsuki whilst still with the Leaf or am I missing something?

People having been disputing this though by calculations it was around 11 that he made oro his bitch, shout out to oro's fanbase though, i got love for you guys xd. Anyway this chapter makes it clear that itachi could really have been in akatsuki at 11 whilst a konoha shinobi because he was put there by the elders therefore its possible he was a double agent that young

I don't see how someone at an academy could of seen that he was a genius, sakura aced the exam and she didn't get called a genius, which tells me it's all about his power.

I doubt that a teacher could possibly know that he's has intelligence that is considered "genius" level ...

I understand were your coming from, judging by the age of the teacher he looked pretty young to me. The academy was started in the Second's era, that teacher did not get to see every student come through the academy, but using Sakura as an example was bad because Kakashi hailed her a genius at chakra control. Furthermore because she is considered a genjutsu type, she has the potential to surpass Tsunade.

Blaze good to see another one of your threads although usually they are alot more informative. Still a good thread, i would say that the two unrivalled geniuses in naruto are itachi and minato who are geniuses among geniuses. Sasuke he really isnt what i would call a geniune genius hey we cant all be itachi but still sasuke is a top rate ninja and he has worked hard to get where he is even if he has been given powerups etc itachis eyes.

Initially I thought this is another wank thread but then I saw it was from BR so I decided to read it. Well you did a good job in stating the obvious however you tried to present it in a way that it would get a lot of attention, well you don't need to do that anymore because every Itachi thread goes to the hottest [The General Law of NB threads ]

However you exaggerated a few things, taking advantages of posts that weren't of the Viz or from random fodders, if there was another thread about any other character with incredible hype you'd have discarded saying its not exactly viz or DB material U_U

That is exactly what I did. It makes me happy to see that someone can praise Itachi without having a wank on him and giving no evidence what so ever.

Now for the thread. Your basically saying stuff that has already been said by the 100000000+ itachi supports making threads every day and posting. Your saying stuff that is already known if you read the manga (i.e. Me.lol). No one has denied these words nor down talked his intellegence.


SO i ask what was the purpose to this thread? It will not gain new fans nor lose new fans. It will simply have ppl agree with you and move one. There is nothing to "Discuss"...

On this site in particular if you want to get "Plus reps" or your ego stroked. Just make a "Itachi is the best" at anything thread. Automatically hottest thread, and you will receive tons of plus reps from noobs.

Purpose was to see kids like you get Butthurt because of this thread that's filled with mangafacts.

Itachi has by far the most and best hype in the manga.

Itachi > Narutoverse.

While I came in expecting to rant about this being an aspect of having the Sharingan, you've already proven that not being the case. However, I see it as a child, his intelligent rivals many others, according to his teacher stating, ""There hasn't been such a genius, such a quality student at the academy ever since....' this is incomplete, so it's fair to assume they were other righteous students over the time.

However, what eventually set him apart was his clan. While other Uchiha ignored their history, Itachi decided to indulge into this at young age. He was exposed to such seals and tablets others (not in the clan) with such potential wouldn't have had the opportunity to necessarily experience. These were his ancestors, HIS history that he countered and benefited from.

Overall, I do agree Itachi is a genius, hell I even consider his to be his generations "God of Shinobi" but this is because of his stature in relation to his clan. There are some others who I feel that have greater or at least equal intelligence, there names don't matter at the moment.
