it's overrated anyways... Kishi himself never called anyone the 'god of shinobi', he made characters within the story do that. Ppl on NB dont seem to see the difference though...

Hiruzen fans are gonna be disappointed by this.Sometimes Kishi uses characters to tell us what he thinks and he perhaps made a mistake in writing that Hiruzen was the God of Shinobi and now he's trying to right that wrong

kishi is not saying anything. his characters are, and they can easily be biased, misinformed or ignorant of other events and people.
all suigetsu did is recount one of the names hashi has gotten during his life.
in part 1 it was "konohas founder" and "mokuton user". in part 2 he went from bijuu tamer to ultimate shinobi to medic ninja to shinobi god.
there are now 5 shinobi gods. madara, rikudo sennin, nagato, hiruzen and hashirama. end of story

Kishi cannot make the retcon any more obvious than he already has. Hashirama being called Shinobi no Kami with Hiruzen present in the room (and whilst the latter received no praise whatsoever) pretty much sealed the deal.

there are u dont have to have a loufly announced title to be considered a "god"
there is a few other characters who could be labeled gods {naruto and sasuke are not included}

don't get me wrong kishi is a great writer but sometimes he suffers from memory loss. (at least give us a warning ..... so we don't include what happened in part 1 when we think of part 2 ..... i thought this whole series is a one big story). i don't like to read/watch stuff that don't make sense U_U

The retcon is pretty damn obvious. Suigetsu was literally hiding in fear because he saw Hashirama, and didn't call him the GOS once, but up to three times. Hiruzen, on the other hand, received absolutely no praise or recognition, and instead the only reason he's even relevant here is because his title was handed to Hashirama.
No body really cares what Kishi said in ur Fake Interview thingy .... if u believe that its ur problem ...
What ever the char's in the manga saying is actually kishi saying through them ... So its completely natural for people who believe on those ...
But on the other hand ... It also depends on char's point of view .. Like Suigetsu .. he dont know much about Hiruzen but heard a lot about Hashi ( Specially from Kabuto ) .. so he is under that impression ... It really doesnt establish any thing ... and practically there is Nothing like God or some thing ...
