[Question] What is the limit of handing out reputation?

►The user must have 20 reputation points before being able to affect the reputation of another member.
►The user cannot rep another member multiple times in a row, you must spread reputation before being able to rep the person again. Note that spreading rep just to rep the same person again is against the rules as well.

Thanks gives you 5 rep points and likes doesn't affect it.

"Likes" don't affect your reputation, but "Thanks" do. Each "Thanks" values five reputation points. You can see other information on reputation

There's no limit to how much rep a member can give. I'm not sure if there's a limit to how much you can give within 24 hours though.

No limit. However, last rep title is at 50,000 points. Title is unknown, and a suprise.
However, at 10,000 rep the user gains the secound last rep title limit "User is NBaddicted".
