Ehm no, if she was in Ba Sing Se, Zuko would have found her as he tried to use June and Nyla to find her (that gothic-like woman with the Shirshu). If she was in Ba Sing Se, it shouldn't have been to hard for Nyla to find her there. Unless she's dead, but that would make this just stupid.
