No, I didn't. I very specifically said that Doffy spitting up blood doesn't really mean much, alluding to Red Hawk, but it was more than what Sanji did. I never said it did great damage. If you were to look in other threads, you'd see that I've maintained the manga fact that it was superfluous in posts that I've talked about it in.

The difficulty against Pica doesn't matter anyway in terms of judging the difference in level between Zoro and Pica considering the only difficulty he had in the fight was to find a way to restrict him from his primarily source of power(rock) while saving other people's lives, something that would have never happened against people similar in strength to Pica or even stronger but not having this perfect concealing ability making hard to catch. He'd have defeated Vergo in a faster time frame for example despite Vergo being stronger than Pica

Indeed it'd take less amount time to beat Vergo but he'd face more difficulty against him. Only thing Pica managed to accomplish was to prolong the battle while keeping his distance from Zoro.
