It's not obvious. I'd say Luffy's next bounty is 556 million : and he has a tiny edge on Ace. (556 is his contestant number)

They will work. But you do realize that Sanji and Zoro could dodge his attacks in Skypiea? Ages ago. Anyone faster and with Haki can beat him.

People seem to be failing to understand that Mantra = Haki...
Zoro has the sensory one (the predictive one, as shown when he luffy and sanji sense a wild animal) and ability to hit logia users.

No but once he gets slashed/punched that's pretty much it :/. Enel's attacks are pretty weak. Current Zoro is faster than Pre-skip Luffy and Sanji who could keep up with Enel. Zoro also has Pre-cog and he has CoA. Enel really doesn't have any way to take out Zoro.

Enel's durability is shit.

So many flaws....
- Shanks is above Mihawk, his arm doesn't bother much...
- Law is above Sanji or maybe even Zoro(that's just an assumption...)
- Kidd must be around or greater than Law...
- Joker is above many you put ahead of him...
- Hancock is not as much formidable...
- Ace should be much much higher on the list...

well i think caesar could beat enel because he can remove air around his surroundings.
as for OT Zoro has a good chance but we still has to see Enel after time skip.

- Shanks is above Mihawk, his arm doesn't bother much...

1. Shanks and Mihawk is too close to call, their position doesn't matter in this thread as long as they're above Enel.
2 and 3. The M3 , Kidd , Law , Killer and Ace are almost all on the same level.
4. Joker shat himself in the presence of an admiral. He's four places below one and 3 below an ex admiral.
5. YES SHE IS!!!
6. No he shouldn't be : he was bad at using Haki and was only shown to use it once.
