Ophelia: Just got a weird feeling, something doesn't feel right so I'm checking emails or anything I can find really. -As she talks Ophelia rips through the security systems and hovers the mouse over an icon reading 'Test'. Danger, excitement and more importantly togetherness these are the things that propel her into her forced next action as her index finger slams down on the left clicker and an alarm screeches out around the building, the computer screen blacks out and sparks fly from the plug socket in which it is connected. Ophelia slides back in her chair and jumps up out of it screaming a long line of profanities at the top of her lungs, the room is alive with red. The red of danger, the red of blood and the red of love is flashing around the room as a warning to the occupants. The alarm that sounds is that of a raid, the bombing siren, the sound nobody wants to hear, not in any situation, the sound of impending death, in ten minutes time the building would be buried deep beneath the ground with nothing but smoke and rubble to show for it as the army maul the walkers outside with no regard for positive human life.-
WE have to go!!!
-If there is anyone else in the building they would know, they would be briefed on the ways out of the building in such an emergency, would Ophelia have to share her man? Or would she merely find someone of more interest to her... unknowing and uncertain of whether she wants to know she pulls Randy with her through a series of fire escapes until they reach a room of stability, the alarm sound is drowned out by soundproofed walls and the red flash of the warning light is no longer present, instead it is replaced by the pure white glow of a single lightbulb which dangles ominously from the center of the ceiling above them. Stopping for breath Ophelia keeps one eye on the door to watch for any signs of outside movement.-
(Now! brb. ENJOY yourselves!
just re-read that, apart from some minor word placement errors... that built tension quite well I think xD))
