Zetsu/Gedo goo = too many easy answers for Kishi

I'm sure a lot of you are noticing how conveniently everything is now falling into place.
This new Zetsu/Hashi DNA/Gedo goo has basically become a possible answer for anything and everything.
All the questions related to Tobi and Madara's identities, their activities, the time scales, the abilities...

Kishi has found a very safe and boring way to answer, 'oh well it's cause of the goo. lol.'
And looking at the ratings for the chapter people are still happy to take it. *sigh*

Tobi being Obito would have been much better if he didn't wait so long to reveal him leaving so many plot holes. It could have blown everyone's mind if he only waited 2-4 months to reveal Tobi after he had become such a main antagonist making us wait this long made our expectations way to high. I like how he showed Obito with long hair real quick this issue just to tie up that loose end real quick.

i rather that then let the story drag on with a whole new mystery its kinda like getting alittle worn so its a straight shot to the point now which im starting to enjoy enough beating around the bush

I think you're both right in a way. He did leave it too long and the theories piled up. So once one of them was revealed to be true, all he can do is follow out the theory to its completion. Unfortunately he picked the one with the most plot holes so now he's found an easy way to cover his tracks.
Here I am again moaning about Obito. LOL!

(I will say though, when he revealed Obito as Tobi originally I was really excited. I thought he'd have something amazing and different to explain it all. But it's just very convenient and matching the theories that were on here months ago)

Although between Obito's death and Tobi attacking Konoha, from the various calculations it was like an year if I recall. And Ino, Chouji and the others grew hair that long in 2.5 years...

Second, we don't even know answers. All we know is that Zetsu stuff saved Obito, and people use it to get stronger.

No, it's not.

So, you're wrong, Senju DNA isn't the answer for everything. We still have several questions that cannot be answered by Senju DNA.

Pff, I'll try to look. But the whole thing is very confusing.
Why?
Because Minato was jounin back then, yet in the last chapter Kishi screwed that and showed him Hokage so those calculations are kinda f**ed-up (excuse my language).

Well half those things are only issues because of the choice to have Obito as Tobi. I suppose I should have been more specific initially. The Gedo goo provides an all too convenient way to cover up the previously glaring plot holes.
I was just exaggerating for effect maybe.
It's also a power that can hide identities, or copy them. Completely. Now that's cool when doing some undercover night time killing in the medical camps during a war, but when it's used to explain away one of the biggest questions ever in Naruto, that's kind of annoying

I agree tbh everything is answered with senju dna. It makes sense because he has explained the so6p's and how he was the senju and uchiha both in one. So an uchiha obtaining senju dna and becoming stronger makes sense but it's not very entertaining the only thing that is, is how madara obtained it apart from that pretty dull.

Well, if the explanation was so simple and obvious we wouldn't call all that "plot holes" anyway. I'm not trying to sound rude, but I think most of the people complaining like that were just the opponents of Tobi=Obito theory and now are trying to find any arguments proving that this theory turning out to be true is a bad thing.

I've many times heard sentences like "Kishimoto chose the most convenient/obvious explanation". Most of you don't realize that he didn't pull it out of his ass, it was already thoroughly planned as early as at the moment when Tobi's s/t ninjutsu was shown, but possibly even before that.
