I begin by creating a water vortex in my right hand as I run to your right:

As you begin to make the handseals for your lightning technique, i draw the wind and lightning around me, and creates a great thunder and wind dragon in front of me. I immediately send it towards you with full speed. The dragon will crash into your water lightning combo and smash through it, (since your water doesn't get stronger from the lightning it just makes it more dangerous) the dragon will weaken, but will continue towards you with great speed, and numb your body if it hits, even if it gets close the lightning from the dragon will jump form the vortex onto you and numb you.

(Raiton: Rairyu no Tatsumaki) - Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado

Thes second i've send the dragon towards you, i thrust both my fist towards you and sends a dual hurricane towards you, which will gather stone and dust as it flies towards you, and make it even more lethal. The two hurricanes are as one, and will crush you if they make contact.

Seeing that you have to spin around to create the dragon I should have time to complete the lightning jutsu before you send your dragon. So I don't do the cloud technique. As you send your dragon I make one handseal and two clones form besides me (without smoke)by my sides:

Description: The user after combining Fire Release: Intelligent Hard Work and Wind Release: Pressure Damage at the same time. This creates a blast that is so intense that a standard water technique (ex : Water Release: Water Encampment Wall) can only at most soften of the impact. It was successsfully stopped by Yamato and Naruto's Typhoon water vortex.

This combo easily beats your weakened dragon and sets it alight along with your two hurricane blasts, all the jutsu's colliding would slow each other down enough for C1 to also throw C2 to long range on your left side (thus escaping the blast). The collision of jutsu would end with your very weakened wind jutsu carrying on to wipe out C1 who was left standing there.

Once on the ground at long range he [C2] starts channeling sage chakra. While the real me is flying to your left side I charge at you (while the all the jutsu collide and move into 10 metres away from you where I activate:

Although, raiton jutsu are almost impossible to dodge while within the field, the field only extends 10 meters from the user. This jutsu also does a great job of disrupting electrical jutsu aimed at the user.

I don't have to spin around to form the dragon this technique is special and Raiga makes it with his twin swords but we would never be able to see how it's done without the swords so i'll just say ok :D

As the wave comes crashing at you, two waves appear out of the original wave, one in the left side and one in the right side, they both travel in a bow shaped patern towards you, while the real wave travels directly towards you.
With this gigantic amount of water and two separate waves surrounding you, the great waves will hit both you and C2 easily, and due to the unimaginable amount of force in the wave, you'll be crushed like a bug.

If you destroy the water jutsu, there's enough water to cover almost the whole battlefield, not where i stand though, since i directed it towards you and summoned it in front of me.

As C1 begins to absorb the water, i jump forwards into Mid range and quickly forms 4 handseals and makes a gigantic oven rise around him, the oven will prevent any more water from entering the scroll and being sealed away, and my water techniques will therefore continue towards you and your clones, while being only a tiny amount weaker. There's a bit of water inside the oven, and C1 has a choise, he can seal the tiny amount of water away and die of the lightning, or he can stop the sealing and die anyways xd

It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

The second the oven begins to form, i send wind chakra into the sky, and makes a giant tornado shoot downwards towards you in a 45 degree angle from behind you. The tornado will rip you and everything around you to shreds, and you have almost no way of knowing it's there because of the great amount of sound and shakings created by my techniques.

As the pillars begin to rise C3 (whos made it rain senses you) immediately charges a chidori to his hand and jumps up and does a 360 spin as he fires off this technique:

Description: By instantly wrapping his body in a layer of Lightning chakra, the Fourth Raikage can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power. While using this technique, his reflexes and are comparable to that of Maito Gai in Fourth Gate Mode, making it difficult, if not impossible, even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. The armor also increases his defense, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming lightning attacks as even a direct Chidori was barely able to pierce his chest.

Description: Shikon Mo-do was developed by the elder nin-dogs/wolves who once lived on Mount Fang. Much like the toad's Sage Mode, Fang Mode, is a unique and powerful mode only usable by those who have either the Dog or the Wolf Contract, and show a great determination and loyalty. Being granted this Elder Chakra, it functions much like Nature Chakra, and therefore this makes using this technique while on the move impossible, taking nearly 20 whole seconds for the chakra to be distrbuted in the user's body, but when the user enters the mode, he will nearly triple his amount of chakra from his surroundings, and his Ninjutsu would change drastically, becoming more powerful plus added strength although not as great as Sage Mode, the user can still break concrete with a poke of the finger, and more speed and agility that only MS can track. The elder chakra also allows for the a form of taijutsu called Claw Katas, that when trying to physically strike an opponent, if the attack is out of reach or is missed the user still hits the opponents causing deep claw mark gashes to the opponent. There are some differences between Sage Mode and Fang Mode though, instead of the user being able to sense where the opponent is by chakra, this mode focuses on the user's senses allowing the ability to be able to sniff/hear them out no matter where they are and refine his search so that he smells/hears only the opponent, preventing an attack on his olfactory/auditory system. The user also gains a unique ability that's very much similar to how a canine can detect a storm before it arrives. Using a off-shoot of this ability the user is granted the ability to sense a chakra type before it's even released giving an extremely great reaction time to the opponent's ninjutsu. Lastly, the users vocal chords grow much stronger a simple "Bark/Howl" can send an opponent flying backwards.
