Pretty simple jutsu, focus on the electric energy that surrounds us and gather it in front of you. Use your chakra to strengthen it and shape it into a shield (circle or square its fine, heck triangle would be dope too...xD)

This jutsu is the essence of thunder itself. For you to use it you will need to gather lightning chakra into your palms, and instead of focusing it and compressing it to form a bolt i want you to release it as a blast.
In other words just thrust your palms forward to release a thunderous wave that can knock over objects.
Aim at that dummy tied to that tree....

When the lightning jutsu strikes, it will utter forth a shockwave which will send the opponent backwards. Increasing the distance between the user and the individual effected by the skill, giving a greater oppurtunity to plan the next attack.

Make more humming birds then do what i did, run to me using the humming birds.
